Genuine restaurant with priceless views

I did not stay at the Hotel but dined at the restaurants during the week.
Excellent handmade corzetti, the typical focaccia and tiramisu.
The managers are very courteous and discreet, with a great passion for what they do.
It is absolutely worth taking a few turns to enjoy the unparalleled view of Sori!

Good potential, needs improvement

Coming up from Sori it takes about twenty minutes, a road with curves.
Luckily there is parking, the view is worth it, you can decide to have breakfast either inside or on the terrace.
Well, the breakfast... it's a bit poor, nothing savory.
The room was clean, the bathroom ceiling a bit peeling, there would be silence outside if it weren't for the fact that you can hear your neighbors.
Good welcome.

Disappointing experience

I don't usually write negative reviews but honestly it wasn't what I expected. Room really too expensive for what it offered... debarked walls, tiny bathroom and shower that got clogged... very poor breakfast with only croissants... little-kept restaurant and very poor menu (please give the poor plant a drink!?).. the Ligurian cod that I was promised there was .. Sic. Place that needs more care, maintenance, attention and skills in hospitality and service. Thanks anyway. I won't be back

On the hillock

On a trip to Liguria, we chose this structure a little 'out of everything, to seek peace and silence.
It is in fact in a dominant position, you get there after a series of hairpin bends long enough, but it is worth it because the view is very beautiful.
Too bad, however, that after enjoying the peace outside, inside the room there was no more silence: the thin walls make every word, sound and movement of the neighbor audible, it seems to live with it! Fortunately ours, after a series of long phone calls that we had to listen to him, fell asleep early, but... it's a bit hard to rely on chance! It depends on who happens to be next to you....
Apart from that, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the managers very courteous and helpful. They also take care of the restaurant's cuisine, offering traditional dishes, not cheap but of good quality.

Great Views but Thin Walls

This hotel is definitely off the beaten path but is a very scenic drive. It’s no frills and was perfect for one night but we would not have enjoyed an extended stay here because the walls are paper thin. Not just “my neighbor is a loud snorer” thin, but “I can hear someone having a conversation on the other side of the hotel” or “someone plugged something into an outlet on a shared wall” thin. We did stay on a Saturday night, so I’m not sure if this was just due to people coming back from the restaurant, but even with playing white noise, we had a hard time sleeping. The hotel workers are very nice, but if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be a good fit.
