Simply wonderful stay, cared for in every detail. Impeccable welcome, cleanliness, and kindness. A special thank you for the wonderful surprise we found in our room for our anniversary: a delicious cake that made this moment even more special. A sweet and thoughtful gesture.

The most amazing hotel!!

We spent 4 nights here. The location is perfect and the hotel is stunning. Exceptional room for a family of 4 and the service was fantastic. Every detail thought of, rooftop was lovely - we wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we’re in Marsala again! Thank you to all at The Dome for a fantastic stay!

High potential but the actual experience was something else entirely.

I had booked an aperitif at the Dome with rather high expectations; unfortunately, the experience was decidedly below them. Let's start from the beginning: they seat us in one area and after a while we discover that our spot was somewhere else, a sign of an organization that, at least that evening, seemed rather confused. We finally arrive on the terrace: the idea of the rooftop would also be interesting and the side facing the Marsala Cathedral offers a nice perspective, but you only have to turn around and the scene changes completely. Behind it is a large building that visually dominates the terrace and, in my opinion, significantly compromises the atmosphere that a venue of this level should try to create. It would have been enough to study a green screen, some curtains, or some other architectural solution to mask the back at least in part and enhance the better view. It surprises me that during the design phase, greater attention was not paid precisely to this aspect. The aperitif itself did not make us change our minds: neat presentation, but an overall experience that did not leave us with a particular memory. The ending, then, was what left me most perplexed: at the time of payment, some of our cards were not accepted by the terminal, so we paid in cash, and at the time of payment, we were not given the receipt. I specify that my evaluation concerns exclusively the rooftop and the aperitif because I did not stay at the hotel, and therefore it would not be correct for me to express an opinion on the rooms or the other services. From a property that presents itself at this level, however, I expected completely different attention, organization, and care for the experience. The potential is there, and quite a lot of it, but for what we experienced that evening, we left decidedly disappointed.

Excellent

Amazing hotel that was born inside a historic residence renovated in the best way and with beautiful contemporary design. The room is spacious, very beautiful, with elegant, refined, and tasteful designer furnishings. The breakfast area is a garden inhabited by beautiful palm trees, excellent food, with a gourmet-style presentation. The Rooftop leaves you breathless, with a view of the most beautiful domes of the churches of Marsala, with a pool, next to which we enjoyed an excellent dinner. The cleaning is thorough. The staff is delightful, courteous, and very kind. The location is extraordinary, in the heart of the Marsala baroque, in a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach the museum, the archaeological park, and all the most beautiful monuments of the city, as well as excellent restaurants. It offers parking availability. Congratulations indeed on the extraordinary renovation and the services.
