Excellent breakfast

Nice hotel, convenient location with good private parking.
Quality amenities, good quality sleep although the room could be better for the asking price.
Very satisfied with the breakfast.

Relax

Located in the central area of Torre San Giovanni, it is a very clean hotel, the rooms are comfortable, and everything is very well maintained. The staff is the strong point of this hotel; at all times, they are ready to meet every need. Although the kitchen has a wide margin for improvement, my experience was positive. Very suitable for families with small children as well

Bittersweet stay.

With modest expectations, I managed to stay overnight at this facility near the hospital, 500 meters from the beach in Marina di Massa. The facility is beautiful, the common areas are welcoming, the staff is kind, and there is also a decent pool, although it is close to a busy road. The room was not the best; it was sold to me as a double but was practically suitable for one person, cramped, and located in an attic that was not very welcoming.
Many hotels offer their best room for the first stay to bring customers back; however, I believe I got the worst one instead. The breakfast is superb, better than many 5-star hotels I have tried! A paradoxical situation was that when I made the reservation, they asked for a credit card as a guarantee, but despite that, they did not trust me and made me pay upon arrival! Not a great impression! The restaurant they claim is affiliated is not the best and does not even offer a discount to hotel guests; I do not understand what kind of affiliation that is! To summarize:

Touch and run

Very short stay (unfortunately).
Clean hotel and room. Clearly everything has been recently renovated and the rooms are very beautiful and well soundproofed.
We had the room with the Jacuzzi, highly recommended.
The rich breakfast buffet, with fresh produce and hot drinks prepared freshly. There is an outdoor swimming pool and garden that can be used in summer for breakfast.
There is the possibility of internal parking for customers.
The friendly and professional staff and great value for money.
