Very quiet

Quiet farmhouse within an apple orchard.
Room and breakfast area very quiet and relaxing.
Room of normal size, with comfortable bed and large terrace.
Bathroom too small.
Great attention and attention to detail.

Family Hideaway

Hidden in a picturesque mountain panorama just outside Merano, the family-run Au Hof is nestled in an idyllic apple orchard. Here you can expect not only a relaxing break, but also warm hospitality that goes far beyond the usual.
The hotel's rooms are not only modern and well-kept, but also exude a welcoming atmosphere that immediately invites you to relax. The excellent breakfast is a real highlight, with a variety of delicious options such as local specialties and homemade apple juice that will suit every taste. Manuela is extremely attentive and friendly, and her hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. She can literally read your wishes from your eyes.
For those who would like to end the day with a good glass of wine, the hotel offers a fine selection of local wines that will pamper the palate. On request and pre-order, an outstanding snack is also available to satisfy any hunger.
What really makes this hotel special, however, is its exceptional family friendliness. The hosts Julia and Stephan are not only attentive and helpful, but are always willing to listen to questions and are happy to give tips for unforgettable family trips in the area. Whether hiking in the mountains, exploring surrounding towns/villages or simply relaxing in the hotel's own garden with a wonderful pool and children's pool - there is something for everyone here.
In this little hideaway, families not only find peace and relaxation, but also the opportunity to share precious moments together and experience new adventures. A stay in this hotel is more than just an overnight stay - it is an unforgettable trip that will be remembered for a long time.

Beautiful place

Au Hof is a uniquely beautiful place to stay. The location within an apple orchard with amazing views is very special. We stayed with our two dogs in the main house in a very clean, comfortable room with balcony. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. There is a decent restaurant for evening meals just 10 minutes walk away and Merano is just a short drive. We would definitely make a return visit. Thank you!

The land of apples!

Very nice host, nearby merano city center, the owner provided a map very useful and also set us some good advices. A quite place to stay in and good breakfast with fresh and delicious ingredients from the area. What could you wish for?!don't hesitate and go!also the price is very good.

2 notti a Merano, immersi nel meleto...

Da favola, davvero poco altro da dire: azienda agricola a conduzione familiare, 12 camere gestite con perfezione. Colazione ricca di prodotti fatti da loro (dalle marmellate di mele allo strudel). Panorama eccezionale, immersi nel meleto con le montagne sullo sfondo. E tutte attorno le colline coltivate.
Personale gentilissimo: un esempio banale, ho avuto un attacco allergico e sono sceso alle 06:00 in sala per avere qualcosa di caldo, c'era già personale e mi hanno preparato una tisana. Grazie ancora.
Torneremo spesso, possibilmente già per i mercatini, che a Merano sono un'attrazione.
