How to feel at home in Merano
We had a wonderful stay and we can only recommend this hotel!
The food was simply fantastic, well-prepared, and of excellent quality. A special thanks goes to all the staff, especially to Antonio and Sabina: always kind, helpful, professional, and attentive to our every need. They welcomed our every request with a smile, even going beyond expectations and making us feel truly pampered.
The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with every comfort, helping to make the stay even more pleasant.
We will take with us a beautiful memory of these days spent here in Merano and we are certain that we will return. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making our vacation so special!

Very nice hotel with great service, we would love to come back.
Very nice hotel, modernized with love. Friendly welcome and warm service.
Due to the current construction site in front of the door, it was not easy to get to the nearby parking garage. Instead of explaining the way to me, I was immediately offered an escort by a very professional employee.
I accepted this very gladly.
The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, the service was very attentive and friendly. Good mood right from breakfast -:)).
We had dinner there once and it was just as excellent.
You can enjoy very exquisite cakes at the bar. You have to do this at least once. A dream!
The hotel is the ideal starting point for excursions, shopping, the thermal baths, and exploring Merano.

SHORT WEEKEND SPRING MERANO
I was in Merano to visit the "Flower Festival" and stayed at this hotel.
I was allocated a single room with balcony which was spectacular (very clean and spacious).
The view of the room was fantastic.
The hotel is located in the historic city center.
The buffet breakfasts and evening dinners were very well stocked.
When I am in Merano for the holidays I always book in this hotel.

Bad experience
Bad experience. I was not assigned the completely renovated style room booked through booking.com.
So I found myself in an old-fashioned double room, with acid-etched window panes like in a doctor's office, and positioned below the level of a terrace.
Basically a basement. I had to pay more to get decent accommodation. Of the style booked ... lost track! Never happened, neither in Italy nor abroad. Ridiculous then that the management maintains that the room assigned was the correct one, instead of recognizing hisError.A lack of professionalism that certainly does not do honor to South Tyrolean hospitality.

Gentile Signora, grazie mille di avere prenotato da noi. Infatti, ci troviamo in pieno centro di Merano, si trova tutto ad una portata di mano. La camera che Le è stata assegnata era la camera singola Style che aveva prenotato. Su Sua richiesta, Le abbiamo offerto una camera più grande. Alla fine ha optato per una camera doppia ad uso singolo di categoria superiore, con un supplemento. Durante il Suo soggiorno e anche alla partenza non ci ha comunicato alcun reclamo. Ci dispiace che le Sue aspettative non siano state soddisfatte. Abbiamo fatto tutto il possibile per soddisfare i Suoi desideri. Le auguriamo tutto il meglio per il nuovo anno, tanta salute e felicità. Maria Reception

Kitchen to improve
Clean rooms and friendly staff.
The parking space was in a nearby parking lot in a private box, much appreciated (extra cost of 19€ per night).
Unfortunately I would not recommend it for vegan people (little availability from the kitchen).
Breakfast is ok but dinner absolutely not of the level you would expect from a 4 star hotel, both for vegans and not.
Small portions, food that tastes only like cubes, hot pasta, omnivorous proposals (the vegan one was pasta with tomato so neither do I count it) more like pubs than hotels.
