What are cancellation terms for
Despite a polite request and a request for accommodation – for example, a daily statement or a partial credit note – the new managing director showed no understanding.
His answer was, mutatis mutandis: “What are the cancellation conditions for?”
We find this attitude very unculpable and regrettable.
We will therefore not visit this hotel again and will not recommend it.

Pension for the elderly!?!
Upon arrival, in the room we were greeted by 4 beautiful spiders...
The hotel is located in a peripheral area, far from the center.
In the bathroom, as a courtesy set, we found only some soaps, which according to the owner, serve as shampoo, shower gel and everything, (never seen a stuff like that) in short, nothing else, those soaps were the whole "Courtesy set "
Dinner, the strong point of the hotel... in 22 years of holidays in Trentino-Alto Adige, I had never found such a POOR and poorly executed menu as this... starting from the buffet, little choice of products from canned packages, also badly presented... retirement dinner for the elderly, with a choice between:
Celestine in broth OR Corzetti with basil pesto and burrata.
Spicy lentil meatballs with spicy yogurt sauce OR Milanese veal piccata with potato pancakes and fine green beans. Photos follow.
This is the choice of dinner on August 15, imagine the others.

Terrible dinners
Room found with 4 spiders complete with cobwebs right above the beds, one of which I took off, the others a hotel attendant, clean bathrooms discreetly, dinner, really bad, cold appetizers from the canteen, menu of which I publish the photo, (15 AUGUST) too, too little.
But the worst is that the dishes were terrible, we tried to communicate it to the waiter who spoke very little Italian pointing out that the dishes returned to the kitchen with barely a taste.
The pool was nice.
