Fine, but with a little effort you could do better
Very rich breakfast and well equipped relaxation area.
The rooms are very basic, but spacious.
In the large shower room.
The negative aspect that I must point out is the not impeccable cleanliness of the bathroom (certainly it was an oversight).
Should I get another chance in the area, I would definitely give it another chance.

La pulizia è per noi un aspetto fondamentale e ci dispiace molto che non abbia trovato tutto perfetto. La Sua segnalazione é per noi uno spunto importante per continuare a migliorarci.
Sapere di poterla ospitare ancora in futuro ci incoraggia a prenderci ancora più cura di ogni ospite con la massima attenzione e passione.

Business stay a step away from the center
The room was huge and bright, the bathroom was also very spacious.
They have a convenient and well-kept underground parking.
They also allowed me to charge the car for free.

Ci fa davvero piacere sapere che la stanza e i nostri servizi abbiano reso piacevole il suo soggiorno di lavoro. In particolare, siamo felici che abbia trovato comoda la possibilità di ricaricare gratuitamente l'auto: è un servizio a cui teniamo molto per venire incontro alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti.

Short stay in Merano
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: plentiful and with a wide variety of choices, suitable for all tastes. Also convenient Covered parking (available for a fee), very useful for those arriving by car.
The pool in the garden is really nice, perfect for relaxing a bit after a day out. Special thanks to the morning receptionist, always kind, helpful and ready to give great advice.
