Illusory and nothing more!
The day before check-in, due to an unforeseen event, our possibility of staying was in doubt and I kindly ask what their policy provided for a possible cancellation; they perceive that we would not perform check-in without any actual confirmation of our cancellation!
Arrived at the front door of the structure, I contact the host who almost surprised tells me that the room was still ready but they had not prepared the single beds to accommodate it to quadruple given our doubt the day before; nothing serious indeed they make themselves available to do them as soon as possible and so it was!
We begin to perceive, however, a veil of “knowledge” and “rudeness” when we point out by phone that the room was not in the best hygienic condition: poorly cleaned floor between dust and hair throughout the loft, kitchen window curtain (overlooking other properties!) broken and info about the “breakfast included”.
On the cleaning is rudely replied that it was clean from the morning so it was impossible, as if we were making it up!
On the curtain... well! “There is the damper possibly” so you have to be without natural light!
Breakfast! “there are coffee pods and packaged croissants!”
... so to children of childhood at breakfast I offer coffee! Bene!!! Maybe two juices or ugly ugly bags of milk or freeze-dried cappuccino next time .. otherwise what “family suite” did I book to do? Ah... on the croissants, even if boasted as artisan there is no packaging date or expiration date! That too...you should be more careful.
At the end of it all: the loft is nice and comfortable, equipped with the essential but little attention to detail of the cleaning.
Ah! If I book a quadruple I expect supply with at least 4 bathroom kits! Not just two!
Recommendation! Before you choose a name for the structure make sure that it is worthy too! The term SUITE is not “onomatopoeic”!
I do not attach photos even chats on whatsapp but ... available!
