Super recommended!
Hotel well served by public transport both tram and metro green line. You can reach on foot, in a few minutes, both the Besta hospital and the Cancer Institute. We stayed in a spacious loft apartment with kitchenette, space with sofa and table, walk-in closet and bathroom. Very new and clean. Staff all extremely kind. A special thanks to Mr. Enzo who met our every need always finding a solution

Very good
I was here with my family for health reasons. We stayed in a mini apartment, clean and in perfect condition, with all the necessary amenities. Slept well and easily reached both hospital and metro. Recommended.

Good solution at good price
Close to the Polytechnic is this structure decidedly convenient compared to the offer of traditional hotels. Our apartment was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The only flaw is the sound insulation of our apartment, rather poor. By tram 19 you reach the center in 15 minutes.

Cleaning fee without cleaning in a private message (charges upon email )
One star more for the employee who offered to give us place for our luggage otherwise it would be 1 star only . The reason for this is the cleaning fee that we had to pay upon arrival in the hotel along with the overnight tax (which we knew ) . The cleaning fee was 9 euros and according to the receptionist we were notified by email in the booking.com site .well excuse us , but you can not send charges in the booking.com without writing about these charges in your website or in the booking .
The funny thing is that we had to pay 9 euros for cleaning fee because we were told that after one overnight this fee is obligatory and WE DID NOT HAVE OUR ROOM

Finally we made a reservation for a triple room and the bed for the third person was a big sofa bed .

Charges out of nowhere
We went to this accommodation as it was given to us as a gift by my niece, otherwise I would not have chosen it, it has facilities for you to be able to stay, making gold of household appliances, dishwasher, crockery, glasses and storage spaces, 2 beds of one of which is a sofa that becomes a bed and the other, with an internal staircase that gives you access, cleanliness is good, the bathroom needs repair as the phone in the shower, despite all the hot and cold options, gets what it wants and especially in January when I went, the one that but what ended it is that when we arrived beyond the accommodation tax that you pay everywhere and we knew it from the booking, they also charged us extra money for cleaning without it being mentioned anywhere! The girl at the reception was kind and smiling but she didn't give us a solution to this, I have to admit that she served us during the departure by keeping the luggage, now the accommodation is in a good area since there is a cafe right next to it for breakfast and it is convenient to travel with public transport (Tram) 3⭐️ for the area
