Good place to stay in Milan
We had a really enjoyable three-night stay at Bob W in Milan which was our second time staying with Bob.
Our apartment was spacious, modern and quiet. Everything we needed was there, and the location was very convenient: a supermarket is literally next door and a pharmacy is just a two-minute walk away.
The rooms have just the essentials for a stay to explore Milan, and you’re a close walk to the metro and opposite a tram stop.
However, just a few minor points worth knowing before you book:
1. This is not a traditional hotel, so there is no one on-site to check you in or help with your bags. Make sure you have reliable internet access for the self-check-in process.
2. When you message “Bob” (customer service) via WhatsApp or the online guest area, you’re speaking with an AI bot rather than a real person. The bot can escalate things to the team, but if you need something urgently it’s best to call directly if you can.
3. The microwave and cutlery are tucked away behind the panel on the side cupboard.
Overall we were very happy with our stay and would happily return.

We had a very good stay at Bob W Milan Crocetta and were really happy with the accommodation. Having two separate rooms was especially convenient for our family and gave everyone plenty of space and privacy.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine with a dryer. These were especially useful during our trip.
The place was clean, comfortable, modern, and very practical. Everything made our stay in Milan easy and enjoyable.
Overall, we had a great experience at Bob W Milan Crocetta and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Milan. We would be happy to stay here again!

Last minute cancellation by hotel
We booked this hotel in April for a stay at the end of July. The day before we were due to go the hotel cancelled our reservation. The response I got was terrible. They tried to say I must have cancelled it myself or broken their policy agreement. I was subjected to AI set responses and when asked to speak to a member of staff was given the same cut and paste response. Absolutely shocking customer service and would advise people to avoid this chain.

Last minute booking cancellation
This hotel looked so good on the website and myself and family were really looking forward to our stay. However, I will never book with them again.
In May 26 booked the Spacious Apartment in this hotel direct, for a family of four for July 26.
A few days before we were due to arrive, I contacted the hotel via whats app to confirm my booking and that the extra beds would be placed in the room. The room and extra beds were confirmed. However an hour later, I received an email from the hotel advising that they had operational issues and were cancelling my booking but giving me a full refund, I messaged them on whats app to double check this was not a mistake and they confirmed stating that they were giving me a full refund. The next day, because it all felt suspicious, I checked if the room was released back for sale and it had been, the hotel was at full capacity before they cancelled (I like to track these things). As my family and I were taking a mini tour around Europe and at the time were in Budapest this meant spending time from our holiday to find alternative accommodation.
The hotel refund was received 5 days after we were due to have stayed.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing from this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay, apartment was clean and well equipped. Would absolutely stay again.
What I love was the slick operation, it won’t be for everyone as it was all digital and no staff at site but for me this was perfect. Using WhatsApp to manage everything was great!
