Very good for a three star hotel

This was a nice hotel. The rooms are fairly basic and the minibar is a rather strange cupboard on the wall which provides little room for much more than a couple of bottles of water, but the staff are very friendly, speak excellent English and go out of their way to be helpful. The property is located close to the Jewish area (two restaurants are a 10 minutes walk; synagogues are a little farther) and the property is a short (5 mins) walk from Wagner station on the M1 (red) line with frequent service. The local area is nice. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Recommendation!

Great hotel in Milan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a super experience! We were always warmly welcomed and there is someone present at the reception 24/7, which gives a very pleasant and safe feeling.
I also found the old-fashioned key incredibly nice. When leaving the hotel, just hand the key to the reception and you will get it back when you return. It fits the charming, old-school atmosphere of the hotel. ✨
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us nice tips on where we definitely had to go and they were always spot on!
Breakfast is on the fourth floor, on a cozy rooftop terrace. Every morning everything was fresh, tasty and neatly prepared. ☕️
The interior of the hotel has something truly magical: a unique, nostalgic, and authentic look that you won't soon forget.
The location is also ideal. The metro station is nearby, so you can easily get to the center and the sights. Prefer walking? In about 30 minutes you walk to the Duomo. ‍♀️️
An absolute recommendation if you are staying in Milan. We enjoyed it enormously and would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Great Choice for Centro MIlano

This is a great place to stay in central Milan. Easy access by the M16 line to either the Duomo square or San Siro Stadium. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very good. You will hear the trams a bit, but it is very hard for a city hotel to be dead silent. I would happily return.

An excellent stay at the Hotel Metro – Very good value for quality/location
Don't be fooled by the facade, which may be surprising at first: the hotel's interior is very clean, charming, and warm!
The highlights:
Ideal location: In the immediate vicinity of the Wagner metro and tram 16 (direct access to the Duomo and San Siro). Perfect for shopping and sightseeing.
Impeccable service: Welcoming, available, and attentive team. One receptionist speaks French very well, and the rest of the team has a very good command of English.
Room: Clean and pleasant (room on the ground floor, garden side). You can hear the tram slightly at times, but nothing bothersome.
Parking: Very convenient partnership at €22.50 / day (very reasonable for Milan) with a guard present 24/7 who also offers car washing.
Restaurants and bars nearby towards the Wagner metro, 5 minutes away on foot.
Area for improvement:
Breakfast: It is hearty, but would deserve a few more fresh products (especially real fruit juices). But the waitresses are very friendly and professional.
In summary, a hotel that amply deserves one more star with a few small adjustments. A very good address in Milan!

Breakfast can have more varieties for vegetarian foods. All over it perfectly fine and close to dumo take a tram to go around the city 🚊 🚎
