The BEST and warmest service from the man in the reception to a Mexican guest!

GREAT SERVICE! The hotel is just what you need at a fair price.
But the reason why I kept coming back is because of the outstanding service that the person at the reception. He was professional, friendly, he demonstrated integrity throughout our exchanges.
He helped me EVERY SINGLE TIME, whether if it was the check in time because I got there too early, or giving me recomendations, or helping me taking better decisions to save money on the hotel. He was available for me 24/7 and he demonstrated time after time that all he wanted is to provide me with the warmest and best possible service he could.
I returned, and returned and I will come back again because he makes you feel at home, protected and well treated.

Disaster

I give one star because no less
I could give. First impression:
bored and almost annoyed staff
of arrival at the property
Upon entering the room we were greeted
from a piece of paper on the floor;
cigarette butts and other things behind the
bedside table and behind the headboard of the bed,
toilet paper already started in the bathroom,
sheets with holes and stains.
The bathroom, extremely large
reduced has a single advantage: it is possible to do one's needs and brush one's teeth there
same moment.

Dilapidated

I arrive and they give me a room with a broken window that cannot be closed (in December). I get a room change and they put me in one with a broken toilet and a poorly functioning shower.
€90 per night seems really disproportionate to me for this type of service.

Nice people (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but hotel in very poor condition. Room very small with paint peeling off smell of cigaretts. For breakfast only a coffee or tea in small plastic cup (the one You using to drink a water from dispenser) and croissant (not a brekfast actualy). I wouldnt recomend it even for a half price.

Don't stay there...

- Staff don't speak English (maybe it's my problem not speaking Italian...?)
- No lift (ok for me but not for old people staying upper floors)
- No soundproof whatsoever, could hear from next door's shower, tv, talking, to people walking stairs and opening doors downstairs etc. (it was really annoying as I really needed a rest)
- Broken fan no replacement
- TV not working
- No hot water at night when I took my first shower, yes in the morning
- Only got a soap and a sachet of shower gel
- Broken water tap
- Dark room
The place is much older than in the pictures so don't believe in what you can see online but look into the reviews, it has low score for a reason, sorry to say but I think they need a massive change or renovation to deserve to keep running the business.
The only pros is easy commute to Linate airport.
