When we arrived there was no explanation of how to get to our room or how to control anything inside. The room was very warm and we had to leave the key card in our room so it could cool down while we went out for a walk. The air con was quiteloudand now verypowerfulso took a long time to cool the room. We asked for a second card and this was denied and was told the staff would let us back in when we returned. The room was very small and we struggled to get our luggage in. There is lots of work going on in the hotel and most of the carpets have dust sheets on them. Banging and general work noise was quite loud on Saturday morning so we couldn't relax before checking out.

They must improve the air conditioning and a better refrigerator that cools, I travel with refrigerated medications it was a case. They kept it in the hotel kitchen refrigerator. The place is clean, safe, accessible, and there are good establishments around.

Estimada Amarilis,
Atentamente,
Claudio Messina, General Manager

Well located
Pleasant hotel, spacious room, rococo style. Quiet. Located about twenty minutes from the Duomo. Relatively hearty breakfast. Possible to park on the street (paid parking).
