Luxurious hotel in an area very well connected by public transport and the subway!
Upon arrival, Francesco assists me, explains the level services to me, and then...
Upon identifying myself as a platinum member, he informs me of the upgrade made due to my membership! He immediately accompanies me to the level, where I meet Jennifer and Michele; they give me a warm welcome and provide me with additional information about the hotel and related services! At breakfast, Stefano, a great professional, along with Sudan, Omar, and Simona, remain attentive and available for all my needs! In the afternoons at the tapas bar is Carlos, who prepares some excellent cocktails for me; his great kindness is worth noting, due to his years and experience in the sector!!
Thanks to everyone! I will return!

Superb
I loved my stay at this hotel! Upon arrival at the reception, a delicious scent immediately creates a warm and luxurious atmosphere.
The hotel is very large, modern, and you can immediately see that it is new. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated with great taste. The staff is also very pleasant and attentive.
It is possible to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar with a wide cocktail menu, but also to dine at the establishment's restaurant, which I recommend 100%!.
The value for money is excellent. I will gladly return!

Comfortable stay
Location is in a quiet part of Milan but the metro is right around the corner and takes you to the tourist and city center in 10 min easy trip. It was a simple 10 min walk to the conference center and CityLife area. There was a problem with my room and the hotel management kindly moved me to a different and much better room. I recommend the rooms on a higher floor and not facing the courtyard. The restaurant on site is excellent and the lobby is welcoming with kind staff. Overall a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Avoid if you have young children
POOR! Zero tolerance towards children. If the kids bother you that much then maybe consider making this an adults only hotel! As we waited for our transfers to arrive. The kids were calm and being playful. Camilla thought it was a good idea to end what was our pleasant trip with a negative experience when she told us to tell the children to be quiet and that 'we had been here a long time'
Rude, disrespectful and patronising to say the least. As a family we mind our own business and just try to create beautiful memories for our children. We pride ourselves on discipline, politeness and boundaries and when unkindness and unprofessional behaviours are uncalled for, it will definitely be highlighted both personally via front desk and be met with an honest review so that others with young families are made aware that this hotel is not child-friendly.
if we were a fussy family and moaned all the time then we could have made a big deal about the fact that the TV did not work in 1 room and that one of our main doors remained open at all times because the rubber was damaged- we asked for it to be sorted- they came looked and claimed it was fixed but a slight push and the door opened again- we couldn't keep anything valuable in that room because it simply didn't shut or lock. We actually slept in that room with young children which was unsafe but we didnt want to annoy the front desk constantly. However we left it and carried on about our holiday. But to come and say you guys are loud and have been here a while, trying to shoo us off was just not needed!
Pros: Visually aesthetic
Metro is a 2 minute walk, a mcDs 3 minutes away ... and that's literally it
Cons: u need a taxi or metro to get from almost all places such as lotto to central or duomo
No local shop close by for snacks
Mosquito problem in rooms. Even if got bit loads in the bed, and I never get bitten on holidays
A bunch of sour-faced adults that clearly have no children or understand what its like to have children and should definitely not be in the tourism and hospitality sector.
All smiles when you enter as obviously your a paying guest- but soon as that check out happens their true colours show.
The 1 star represents how we felt as a family before we left! No guest should be made to feel like that.
Finally, apart from the hotel staff, we had a lovely time exploring Milan and much of the community we came across where very kind and welcoming and where really playful with our young children. If you want to see the beautiful city of Milan, I would recommend staying in Central Milan or in and around the areas of Duomo unless you dont mind the Metro travel. And if you have very young children please stay in a kid-friendly hotel so that your experience is not ruined by some inconsiderate folk.

Hotel always recommended in the center of Milan.
Hotel located on Via Masaccio, just a few steps from the Lotto subway station.
After staying here several times, I can confirm that it is an excellent choice for those visiting Milan.
The staff is always kind, professional, and helpful.
This time, however, the assigned room, located on the top floor, convinced me less compared to previous stays. Although it was clean and equipped with all essential comforts, the finishes and attention to detail were below the standard to which the hotel had accustomed me.
Another aspect to improve concerns the air conditioner: the room was quite warm, the air conditioning did not cool effectively and was rather noisy, especially at night, making rest less comfortable.
Breakfast is always good, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options.
Cost per night €150 with breakfast included. Tourist tax €12 per day.
Despite these negative notes, the overall judgment remains very positive thanks to the excellent location, the quality of services, and the courtesy of the staff.
