Excellent location

Beautiful experience, a very interesting capsule hotel, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and well-organized common areas, the only downside was a bit too much noise due to rude neighbors. Otherwise an excellent solution and convenient for getting around Milan

It was perfect! The only thing that stunk was that the pods did not have any sort of ventilation so it got very hot in there.

I stayed here and found this hostel okay for a short stay. It was clean, in a good location, and I liked the breakfast buffet. Having 24-hour staff was also helpful. My main concern was safety: the passcode for my shared dorm room did not work, and when I asked staff, I was told to just open the door because it was unlocked. Since reception is set back from the front entrance, that made me uncomfortable about how easily someone could walk in and access the dorm area. I also did not like that the shower on my floor did not seal properly, which caused water to pool on the bathroom floor, and the monitor and electrical socket in my room did not work. Finally, although the hostel seems to advertise itself as a social place, I found most guests kept to themselves and there did not seem to be much going on.

Location is in the hood. Storage lockers abit dodgy where the whole locker is not bolted and has no back panel (someone can lift up the storage lockers and take the items) with no cameras. Bathroom was dirty with water leakages and poor lighting at night. My personal locker was not working as the keys was jammed, staff was no helpful to unlock it.

My pod/room itself was great. It saved space, was cheap and had everything I needed for two nights in Milan, using the hostel as a base. The general presentation of the bathrooms and the hostel itself were not quite as good. The shower door doesn’t close properly and therefore there was a huge leak all over the bathroom floor when anyone was showering. The showers/bathrooms themselves could also do with an upgrade. I know the hostel is a cheap alternative but this should compromise on the quality of the basics. Rusty/limescale covered taps, grubby shower trays etc. The reception area was small, with a nice little outside space for a drink or to sit and socialise. Breakfast was included and was simple, but was good to have something available for any travellers on a budget.
