Great location. The window to the sea was small but very pleasant. The host attended to our needs. Check-in instructions are easy to understand even though there are several steps. (Just do exactly what they describe.) Parking is a distance. We parked overnight AND purchased a ticket. In the morning, other cars had parking violations but not ours. So, take your time to understand the parking arrangements and make the proper payment.

Beautiful B&B with sea view!
Beautiful B&B on the sea in Molfetta! Perfect location, a stone's throw from the historic center and with spectacular views. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated room.
The staff very kind and attentive to my needs. We will definitely stay again!

Nice but not too...
I write this review with regret because the point of the structure is really top. But the cleanliness leaves something to be desired... there are no excuses. Dirty bathroom beyond the minimum hygiene limit. Breakfast not received... open juices from who knows what day...

Some doubts...
Not everything can be perfect...
My reports are only intended to be a help so that this structure can still improve.
Here's what didn't work as expected:
- spiral staircase to reach upper floor rooms without any
wall-only type of handrail to lean on while carrying suitcases
- upon entering the room behind the bathroom door found a shower towel used by
previous guest and dirty waste bin
- very bare room, the bedside table is a shelf approximately 25×25 cm, the only two hangers in the bathroom are very high. I, 1.60m tall, struggled to reach them as well as the coat hangers in the wardrobe.

- in the presentation sheet it talks about breakfast in the cellar. I would have written in the tavern it would have been nicer. Even though it was actually the cellar where no one served us breakfast, you had to do everything yourself. A measly mini brioche, juice and milk. How long have you been open for?

- luckily we didn't have a room on the ground floor because attached to the wall there was a bar open from afternoon to midnight with background music
- terrace where ashtray was full of butts (there can be a maximum of 8 guests), bag with waste abandoned by someone who used it.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
Perhaps we started off by attending a B&B in Barletta where breakfast is served in a very nice room, directly by the owner of the facility and where we have always found sweet and savory, local products such as Apulian focaccia, where it is also nice to have a chat.

Average stay
On the plus side the Place is in a great location and is nicely restored.
On the down side privacy is close to zero as the two rooms are not partitioned properly and we could hear everything happening in the adjacent room. Breakfast is quite lousy with a very poor choice and mostly industrial food that being in Puglia (One of the best places to eat in the world) is really a shame.
