Montecatini, Eternal Love.

A lovely family-run hotel. The hotel is in a great location. It’s within walking distance of Tettuccio, the park, the city centre and the restaurants.
This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed here, and we’ll definitely be returning to the Galligiani family, who have been running the hotel so well for 40 years. A special thank you to Chiara and Sergio, who make our holiday so personal every time!

Relaxation, wellness, and courtesy.

For several years I have chosen the Gran Hotel Panoramic in Montecatini, and every stay confirms the quality of the hospitality. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and relaxing location, with well-kept, clean environments and staff who are always kind and professional. A great added value is that dogs are accepted free of charge.
I frequent Montecatini to take thermal mud baths, which I highly recommend to those who suffer from osteoarthritis and other joint problems: every year I derive great benefits from them.
I highly recommend the Gran Hotel Panoramic to those who want a stay dedicated to relaxation, wellness, and courtesy.

Excellent experience

Beautiful stay at this establishment.
Hotel staff were courteous, kind, and helpful. We felt pampered. Definitely enjoy the spa and pool.
Excellent and abundant breakfast.
I hope to return soon.

Disappointing Breakfast Experience

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Panoramic in Montecatini Terme, Italy, as part of an organized tour from June 11 to June 17, 2026. The hotel is presented as a 4-star hotel.
The hotel has a small but nice swimming pool and plenty of greenery around it, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. However, some of the rooms need a maintenance refresh and better upkeep.
The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. Although breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. until 9:30 or 10:00 a.m., by around 8:00 a.m. there was hardly any food left. This can be seen in the photo taken on June 17, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., about one hour after breakfast started.
The tables were dirty, with food leftovers, used plates, and dirty glasses that no one cleared. Every time I needed basic items such as a knife, fork, cheese, or an omelet, I had to look for a waiter and ask for them.
Anyone who wants to have a reasonable breakfast and eat at a clean table should wake up early and arrive at the dining room around 7:00 a.m.
