Perfect stay in a strategic location

I stayed at the Hotel Raphael during the Easter holidays, and I can not complain in any way! the room was clean and tidy, the staff very nice and helpful. The strong point is definitely its strategic location in a quiet street but very close to the city center. Overall I spent three pleasant days in this hotel, and will return in the future.

Not recommended for school trips

My daughter was in this hotel a few days ago on a school trip. It was a bad experience because we ate badly and always had the same dishes, the last night even pasta in white to finish on a high note! But are we sure it's a three-star? It tastes more like retirement to me

A night of shit

I'm an eighth grade girl and already the photos of the hotel did not convince us but the first night I had to go to sleep (I was on the shelf above the bunk bed) they did not leave me for the expiration of the bar and the protective staircase. At 10 p.m. I was told to pack my bags and sleep in another hotel the same night. In the end, out of friendship I found myself sleeping on the floor in a very dirty mattress and without mattress covers. The food was very classic but the service was slow and little distributed. Basically an experience that I would never recommend to anyone. Then I slept nothing and breakfast not too varied.

DO NOT GO THERE VITAL DANGER

Horrific hotel, starting from the rooms: they are small being single adapted as triple or quadruple, the mattresses are BROWN WITH YELLOW PATCHES, not recommended in room 308 there are many varied and damaged problems such as the handle of the French door broken into and not repaired or as a hole in a bed, or pieces that fall from wear. Not recommended place to stay in total safety
