Stop to visit the Parma hills

We chose this Hotel for a weekend in the Parma hills reading the reviews. We booked used directly the Hotel website and everything worked well.
Great location in the area. Ample parking even with covered parking spaces.
The staff very kind and ready to the needs of customers (we are good mouthed but not all are so.....)
The room was not large but comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. We had dinner in the structure with typical products of the area and we must admit that it was all delicious. A special note to the tortellini in broth, really good and abundant.
In short, a place to stop in peace having the certainty of being well.
Super recommended.

We arrived happy and left stressed.

Considering that the site presents it as a four-star... but maybe it refers to the starry sky... what can I say, the welcome was good but once in the room, you end up in a movie from the 80s with a green floral bedspread that hasn't been used in years due to dust and hygiene issues, then in a blind bathroom with a dead fan, a sink that was all worn out, little space to store makeup bags, then the shower... not even a place to put the shower gel, so it ends up on the floor, which is disgusting... how much does a shelf cost... then the dust you could draw on the nightstands... let's not even go there... better to have breakfast outside, a stale buffet with fake croissants, fake cookies, hard bread, etc. The air conditioning doesn't work; they changed my room when we returned late at night, I had to carry everything and move at 2 AM. Anyway, the gentleman I complained to was kind, but they already knew about the problem... anyway, I won't be returning... even the discount wasn't much after all these issues... goodbye...

To forget

Family vacation. Booked this hotel because presented as 4 stars. (On paper)
Upon our arrival room in the norm but the bathroom gave the best of itself. Present shower with tub that I had to climb over to get in. Originally it was supposed to be a hot tub but with the vents all dirty. Suction nozzle (bathroom was windowless) filled with gangrene dust.
Breakfast very narrow, certainly not adequate to a 4 star. I recommend lowering the stars to this activity because it is suitable for a medium/low audience.

Gladly again

Good and inexpensive hotel near the highway, very quiet location.Rooms spacious and clean. Good breakfast
