Magnificent experience

I was a guest at this establishment and I had a very good experience. Super comfortable, clean, and organized. In September, I will return to celebrate my cousin's birthday with my family.

Perfect stay! Exquisite staff, relaxing environment, and maximum hospitality. Highly recommended without any doubt.

This beautiful house, in addition to having a spectacular panoramic location, is very well maintained in its details. Recently renovated, it has fast satellite Wi-Fi, a brand new dishwasher, air conditioning, children's games, an outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue, and is only 15 minutes from the sea. Equally important is the warm welcome received. We recommend it!

Wonderful!

Our stay at Villa Casula was wonderful in every respect. The person in charge is an extremely friendly and helpful individual, always attentive and there for the guests. She lives not far from the villa and was therefore able to assist us very quickly when we needed her.
In a delicate moment, when I had to request an emergency medical service for my son, she immediately came to us to support us and help find a doctor. A gesture that shows great humanity and professionalism.
With great generosity, she also gifted us local products – cheese, sausages, and vegetables – which we greatly appreciated.
Our vacation was truly beautiful, and we would like to sincerely thank her for everything she has done for us. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Casula.

Highly recommended.

Super welcoming staff. Recently renovated property, meticulous cleanliness, panoramic location just a few minutes from the sea. Stunning pool. Guaranteed relaxation and fun.

Definitely not recommended for the price

The “Villa” Casula is definitely not worth its money. I don't know what happened to the property last year as reviews from previous years have always been positive, but we were more than disappointed.
It started with the fact that you don't book a villa with maximum privacy, but only an apartment on the ground floor. Upstairs live locals who are always present.
In addition, a room was added on the ground floor, which is still under construction. The attached room means that the windows and doors of two bedrooms and a bathroom no longer go outside, but into the room or onto the construction site. We were there with two small children and it was not possible to close the door to the “construction site”, which is very dangerous as there were open paint buckets and appliances standing around.
In addition, the whole house, especially the kitchen and the utensils there are very dirty.
In one bathroom the shower has so much mold that the whole bathroom was not usable and also in the two adjoining bedrooms it smelled very mousty.
We have criticized the points raised with the owner. This only offered us compensation of 200€, which seemed ridiculous to us given the shortcomings pointed out.
The pictures on various booking platforms no longer correspond to the current state. The pavilion shown has a plastic tarpaulin instead of the roof and also the chairs are made of plastic and very uncomfortable. Unlike stated, the house does not have a single air conditioner and also no dishwasher.
For the money you definitely get something better in the area!

We would like to clarify the situation described in your review, as the facts you reported do not reflect what actually occurred.
Your group stayed in our property for an entire week, leaving the house in objectively unacceptable conditions. During our meeting, it also became evident that your group consisted of ten people, despite the booking – and payment – having been made for only seven, in violation of both the contractual terms and applicable regulations.
You subsequently requested a full refund, accompanying your request with the threat of posting negative reviews should we refuse. You also stated that you had used this method in other properties in the past to obtain undue benefits.
When we declined to comply with this pressure, you staged a photo shoot, involving even minors, in an attempt to create artificial evidence.
To protect our business and other accommodation providers, we reported the incident to the competent authorities and provided the names of your group. The entire episode has been documented.
