Beautiful.

An unforgettable stay!
We stayed in this beautiful villa and the experience was wonderful in every respect. The hostess was extremely helpful, kind and welcoming, making us feel immediately at ease.
The room was spotless, attention to detail and very comfortable. The pool, large and well maintained, was our relaxing corner, where we could also enjoy a great aperitif by the pool – a really pleasant time.
Another gesture that we really enjoyed was the fact that we were allowed to stay in the pool even after check-out.
The breakfast was really amazing: plentiful, varied and prepared with great care. We then had lunch on the terrace, enjoying a tasty lunch in a quiet and relaxed environment.
A real pampering, in a welcoming and passionately managed place. Highly recommended!

Weekend in the Tuscan hills

Really very welcoming. We spent a weekend in July and had a really good time.
They followed us in every way, fantastic breakfast, very exploitable pool and really quiet place!
The property was really helpful to accommodate our every request.
E non per ultimo: posto davvero pulito!

A special place!

For several years we have frequented the structure and always return willingly!
Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms equipped with every comfort, beautiful and very large pool, abundant breakfast with fresh products and homemade desserts, services for every need and always available staff: Lucia is an amazing hostess!

Roadtrip with friends

This B&B was situated on a nice location but the bedroom was way too small for three men.
Conversation was almost impossible since we don't speak nor understand Italian but the lady hostess had the same problem with english, french, german, dutch.
Some flexibility about the breakfast hour was difficult (8.00 is rather late for roadtrippers) so we left earlier and had to come back around 9.50 if we wanted to have something to eat (but on a nice terrace)

A good find!

We spent 2 nights at the Villa Lavinia at the end of our break in Italy. The Villa was easy to find and located close to main routes, near Cecina, therefore a short drive from the coast and beaches - very convenient. The bedroom was fine - twin beds together for husband and I, and a separate mini room for our son, looking out onto the pool. The room was clean and had enough space for our stay. The bathroom was big! The room was air conditioned and had a mini fridge. The outdoor space is very attractive, and the pools were enjoyed by us. Breakfast was nice - traditional Tuscan with a selection of bread rolls, croissants, a 'jam tart', hams, cheeses, yoghurt, water, coffee and hot chocolate. There was some noise from neighbouring guests, but as you'd expect from a B&B really; it was fine, and would recommend the Villa as a place to stay. Free wifi too.
