Exceptional location.
It is objectively expensive and the value for money is not incredible. A small fall is given by the green anchovy tacos: delicious in themselves, but served on a bed of non-edible beans: thus not respecting the rule of cooking that whatever is on a plate must be able to be eaten. It was not reported, but perhaps I did not hear it. However, it is risky because they are very hard and if one sees some beans, maybe he eats them and risks hurting a tooth, risk taken by my friend, who had a temporary implant (luckily nothing happened).

Modern context and ancient polite ways
Modern building but with all wooden elements inside that transmit heat.
Really polite and kind staff both at the reception and for the entire duration of the dinner.
The three of us chose 3 different dishes as starter, first and second course to do as in the Borghese program so that we could each taste each other's dishes.
Excellently crafted dishes, each accompanied by a different glass of wine.
Mountain of ice cream at the end accompanied by zabaglione or chocolate cream.
The price is obviously average considering the amount consumed considering 2 dishes with grated truffles.
I will be back as soon as possible and really good.
