Fantastic views from a very nice country house

We visited the Villa with the family. It is a very nice Villa, with several apartments. We occupied a small apartment and one detached house.
The 360 view from the terrace is amazing, overlooking all the nearby villages Osimo, Filottrano, Sirolo, Numana, Camerano.
The beautiful beaches of Numana and Marcelli are easily reached in 10 min drive.
The property has a beautiful garden and it is well maintained with modern furniture.
Lucy the property manager is very and nice and very helpful in providing anything you need.
Breakfast is availabke on request.
We had a really nice holiday.

relaxing holiday in nice villa with beautiful view

We stayed one week in this villa for our short summer holiday.
The accommodation was perfect - we've got a two-floor apartment with beautiful view on surrounding landscapes.
All was clean and nicely arranged.
The front desk lady Lucie was very friendly and helpful, owners too.
Although there were 40+ people all together in the Villa, one have feeling that it's empty - there's lot of privacy available on the terrace with beautiful view and it's very silent and relaxing.
They serve local breakfast on the terrace, freshly prepared by Lucy.
Multiple beautiful beaches are available within 15-20min drive.
I would definitely recommend this place for family/couples with the car (you need car to reach restaurants or beaches) who wants to stay in nice countryside, away from rush of seaside promenades.

Beautiful place for a relaxing break!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. The rooms were clean, large and very comfy. Gorgeous views and in a very peaceful area - located on quiet country roads so little distraction. We were also given really helpful advice about where to visit in the surrounding area. The breakfast was definitely worth the extra charge - they were extremely accommodating with the various 'tastes' in our group, and it was always presented beautifully with plenty to go around. Only downfall is that we only stayed in the Villa for 3 days - should have stayed for longer! Hope to return.

Excellent stay!

We stayed in this tiny little town for 4 nights and it was wonderful. It is about 15 minutes from the ocean and other interesting towns. The rooms are apartment style and are huge and spotless with everything needed. The property has Great views and a nice hottub on the roof. The staff are the best! Lucy, the manager, went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. They do have a breakfast option for $5 and it is more than adequate. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Very refreshing, no breakfast

This villa is not on the beach, it is on the hills about 10km from beautiful Sirolo and the Conero park. It is operated by a very nice family, and really gives you the feeling of being in your own villa on the hills. The room was impecably clean and roomy, though it had no bathroom, but the bathroom in the hallway was practically for our exclusive use as our room was the only one on that floor.
The pool area is perfect, it also has a tennis court where the owners like to play. It is all very quiet and reserved. don't expect service to come to you, you must ask for what you need. I highly recommend this place as an alternative to the usual beachfront italian hotels.
All in all we felt as we had found a well kept secret, I only suggest to the owners to provide some kind of breakfast/coffee in the morning for guests, if they already do they should make sure guests know it, as we were not aware of it.
