Romantic weekend

A real piece of paradise! The structure is cared for in every detail, with clean and welcoming environments. The pool with whirlpool is the real highlight: perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay. The owners are friendly and helpful. Knowing about my girlfriend's birthday they made us find a bottle of bubbles with glasses and an aperitif of taralli and craft beer made by them. An experience to repeat! Francesco and Sara

ALL PERFECT, SOON!

Beautiful house, spacious and furnished very well, fantastic pool! Great location in the center of Ostuni and with parking nearby, I have always found it and always less than 5 min walk from the house. Then the owners are lovely and super helpful people, when I return to Ostuni I will already know where to stay.

Great place to stay a real experience

Really great apartment with a lovely pool in basement. Centrally located in the centre of Ostuni 200 meters to shops and restaurants. Very clean . Beds comfortable slept well . Host kindly waited for us as we were delayed she also left snacks and local beer for us to try .

Fabulous Casaterramare-Up

From our first communication with Alessandro, we knew we were going to love this property! We were self driving, so we received great advice regarding parking facilities, where we were met on our arrival and driven to our apartment. Alessandro also made us dinner reservations at a fabulous restaurant nearby and treated us to a very nice 'Italian coffee' which included a very generous shot of liqueur over ice! First impressions were great..the apartment, as described, is UP several flights of stairs. Already the mix of exposed limestone and whitewash was setting the theme for this exciting adventure into the white city of Ostuni. Featuring a very comfortable bed set into an alcove, lounge area, balcony and small, but well appointed kitchen the main living space had everything we needed for a four night stay. The bathroom featured a large vanity with plenty of space, toilet and bidet and a fabulous shower with very cool lighting. A second stair-case lead to our private sauna and shower-room, with another set of stairs leading to our roof top patio, featuring sun-beds, an outdoor shower and the most magnificent views of Ostuni. The location was amazing..just a few minutes walk to the piazza, amazing restaurants and cafes and of course into the magnificent white city. Alessandro is a very generous host and it was all the unexpected surprises that added to this experience. A bowl of fresh fruit and snacks, water and juices, an abundance of beautiful bath towels, additional toiletries and a powerful hair-dryer..female travellers really appreciate this ! We loved the interaction with the locals..sharing conversation with the lovely old lady who lived opposite. No English/very little Italian..but universally a smile and a good attitude will make you friends everywhere in the world. We loved our stay at Casaterramare-Up and highly recommend this property.

Good but a bit odd

We spent three nights in Casaterramare in October and were a little perplexed by the great rating this pace holds. Whilst acknowledging the challenges associated with carving a modern apartment out of old stone walls, the layout of our room was awkward with multiple head bumping low lintels.
The host did meet us when we arrived but then we were on our own with no checking to see if everything was ok.
The room also had an unattractive odour from the chemicals in the downstairs spa and the chlorinator parked in the lounge room made quite loud noises when it started up at random times.
Nice but overpriced and not quite the full package we found in other places in Puglia
