Good value for money

We booked for a week...the location is convenient for visiting all of Salento...close to the sea...there is Alimini beach with dunes which we believe is the most beautiful and the quietest, considering that by the end of June there was chaos with people around! The room is spacious and the breakfast is good.

Good but a bit excessive in terms of prices

The hotel is a little off-center but it is located in a nice area. The room is fine but remains excessive for services. To get to the beach it takes 15 minutes but it is beautiful and the water is clear. It would be nice to have a free shuttle to get there. Breakfast is good and hearty. Fernando is very friendly.

I don't know what to add to all the exceptional that they have already written, I can only confirm the kindness of Mr. Fernando and all the staff.
The estate is perfect, room, parking, shuttle to the beach, etc. etc.
We will return.

A good choice.

As I edited the film of our holiday in Puglia, I realize that I did not thank Fernando, his wife and their collaborators for the very pleasant stay we lived in their cottage. It was the end of September 2024.
We had booked a superior double room with a special request to have a quiet room. Fernando took care of it and we slept on both our ears. The room is large and well equipped in storage cabinet.There is a fridge. Don't worry about the sanitary! The terrace allows you to read quietly and its furniture allows you to eat there.
The breakfast, contrary to some opinions, is hearty and complete but according to Italian customs.
It should be noted that the whole cottage is quiet, located in a large park. If the distance +/- 5 km from Otranto is a small obstacle, it is more than compensated by the quality of the Tenuta Paifer site. Note that if you want to visit Puglia, you have to rent a car and parking at the entrance to Otranto costs only €5 for the whole day. (We can go out and come in during the 24 hours).
In short, a cottage to recommend!

Salento forever

Booked at the last minute was a nice surprise. Strategic place for sea and surroundings.
Owner Fernando very welcoming and well organized for advice and information. Great value for money.
Highly recommended.
