I was a bit worried before the stay because of some negative reviews I had read previously, but the experience was definitely positive.
The room is average: clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with nothing to report from a hygiene standpoint. The staff proved to be kind, helpful, and always professional throughout the entire stay.
I advise against letting negative reviews influence you too much: my experience was calm and problem-free.

DISGUSTING HOTEL!!! the moment you walk inside the lobby, the odours start! Rundown and dirty! Even though you put a do not disturb sign on your door, the cleaning staff will come inside!! No point of it being next to a bus stop, the buses in Palermo are never on time or don’t show up, taxis are super expensive and the city is filled with garbage everywhere! Horrible experience

Please read this before booking this hotel 🏨
I would not recommend this hotel to future tourists. Save your money, spend a little extra, and book somewhere closer to the city centre.
Why? We found bedbugs in our room we have photo evidence linked below. We arrived directly from the airport, and after just one night, both of us developed horrible itching and painful bites on our legs. The hotel staff moved us to another room, but unfortunately, it completely affected our trip. We spent our time dealing with the itching, pain, and discomfort instead of enjoying the city.
To be fair, the staff themselves were helpful and communicated with us, and I don’t blame them personally. They did what they could by moving us to another room.
However, the area is another major issue. I have rarely seen streets this dirty, with rubbish everywhere. Even without the bedbug problem, the condition of the surrounding area would make me think twice about staying here, especially if you’re visiting the city for the first time.
Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it’s worth paying a little more to stay somewhere cleaner and more central. Your holiday is not the time to deal with bedbugs, painful bites, and a poor-quality surrounding area ⚠️

We were given a bathroom that was more suitable for people with physical disabilities. The beds were quite hard to sleep on. After a few days, our bathroom started to smell from the sewer. They came to spray the bathroom with chemical, which made the entire room smell bad. We went to complain and asked for another room. The new room was much nicer, cleaner and comfortable.
The location was not great as we had to catch a bus to get anywhere. The timetable for buses were unreliable and we had to wait for very long time for a bus to take us back to the hotel.
I’m glad we didn’t include the breakfast. We tried it once and it wasn’t great.

Visit Palermo

Good morning, as a couple we only slept for two nights. Overall everything was fine except for the reception where no one greets you when you pass by to enter or leave the hotel. Parking in the internal courtyard costs 12 EUR per night... we found a spot in front of the hotel by paying bad people who ask for money to park on the street... but the next day a customer found their car broken into...
The property needs to be renovated starting with the rooms.....we booked with an offer on trivago..... otherwise it's not worth it..... regards
