Not a true 4 star by far. Maybe a 3.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel on any level. The front desk staff were ok but barely helpful. Room housekeeping never quite got it right. You are not allowed on the roof unless you pay , even to sit for a few minutes. The meeting room off the side of the lobby was consistently warm and we had to ask each time to put the air on. The hotel is a bit run down and the elevators take a very long time to get to any floor. Really disappointing - there are other hotels in the area far better. The daytime / morning front desk clerk gentleman was excellent and very helpful. He was the closest to 4 stars.
Truly ridiculous that there is a charge to simply sit on the roof - when the entire roof was empty. Its the little things that make a huge difference. I would suggest a bettet choice unless you are content with a 2 or 3 star hotel that happen to get 4 stars because they have a Spa.

Worse than that, you die.

I've never seen shit like it. Old, dirty, moldy, pitiful walls, in the closets of ...everything. Breakfast at the bar opposite and not at the hotel, as "friends", with a drink of croissants and cappuccino. Period. Just avoid it. The photographs? A mirror for larks.

INCUBOOOOOO

DO NOT OPEN THAT DOOR , dirt, noisy, falling, all broken electric wires flying, if you open the window other garbage we were afraid of catching some disease! sink did not drain, hair dryer does not work x take a shower you have to hold the handset as well as dirty, found full of hair and what was not under the bed............ I send photos as a guarantee of what I say, the air conditioner came out spiders and dust DO NOT TURN IT ON

The room was clean but it was NOT in the hotel and NOT as advertised. The hallway was dark, the elevator was slow - better to walk the 6 flights of stairs. There was no one on the front desk when we arrived so we waited 15 minutes to check in. It was a very unwelcoming place and we did not feel safe there. The price changed by $100 when we paid for it with all fees in versus what it was advertised for. This is absolute FALSE advertising.

Rip off room - not as advertised

This hotel is not as advertised and is awful. We went down a dingy dark hallway and into another building to access our room. It was poorly lit throughout and the elevator wasn’t working. We did not feel all that safe there either. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes to check in as there was no one on the front desk. Also no wi-fi except in the room. The room price changed by 100$ more from our booking to when we checked in. DO NOT STAY HERE.
