Feel like a local in Palermo
The staff are very welcoming and supportive and gave wonderfully helpful directions and suggestions.
You are steps aways from the live market, Entertianment, transportation.
Just be ready to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs as the hotel informs you about prior.

COCKROACHES, nothing to do with fake photos and reviews
Room with cockroaches in the wc and behind the fridge of the closet.a disgust.has nothing to do with the photos. We advised the owner because my wife didn't catch an eye all night because we killed 3 cockroaches on the wo and another next to the bedside table, she didn't give us any solution, and without catching an eye you have to leave the room before 10:30, nor have a detail knowing the cockroach phobia of my wife. Everything is old, the shower broken, the lid of the wo broken, the window of the wc can see you from in front without privacy. NOTHING REALLY RECOMMENDABLE, close by for the same price are better accommodations

A Terrace on Palermo
Common use of the small kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and fridge equipped with everything for a simple breakfast. The surplus is the fantastic Terrace overlooking the rooftops of Palermo, wonderful!!

Terrace overlooking Palermo? No thank you
The room near the terrace is reached via a narrow ladder with precarious protection, climbing with large suitcases is difficult, in the bathroom there are no hooks for towels, furnished with synthetic fabric clothes rack
Our room had a storage area in the bathroom, sanitary ware with scotch tape around the drain, terrible smell of sewer, furniture as above
Breakfast in a nearby bar: a drink and a brioche (if it's not a closing day...)
The photos of the terrace with breakfast overlooking Palermo do not correspond to reality: that too was left in a state of abandonment.
Also not recommended due to the cost which does not correspond in the slightest to the quality one expects.
We stayed for two nights with 4 adults
