I am level 3 on booking.com the higher. I had lived in many other hostels better or worst.
I had stayed here 4 nights. Capsula was amazing. But of course you can heard all noisy around. Snoring, too. Hostel is clean. Problem with the kitchen very small. 1 small table 2 chairs 1 small sofa. Full of people around. The location was 3 km from the city center for my sorry. Madam Kelly the host helpful lady but when I wrote all these at booking.com she sent me many private messages. Very aggressive. Democraty ? I never lied..it's never happen in my live . Am very sorry .

Not worth it
Kelly was helpful as a host and responded to queries quickly, but I wouldn’t say she was friendly. The hostel is situated in a private residential/mixed use block, so I was stuck outside the building for nearly 10mins as the main doors were locked and I had to contact Kelly and wait for someone to let me in as the buzzer did not work, and once I was let in my booking was not found straight away so Kelly asked if I had booked the hostel by accident which was not the case.
The whole hostel was very clean which I appreciated a lot, however there were many issues which outweighed the positive things about my stay.
The capsules are interesting and a fun novelty but the fans barely work. I had to keep my door open the whole duration of my stay which completely defeated the object of booking a capsule hotel for privacy. Only at 21:00 was the air conditioning turned on so before then I was dripping in my own sweat and had no way of cooling down. The air conditioning only stopped me from sweating profusely but the air was not cool enough to sleep in one of the top capsules. I only slept for a couple of hours but decided to leave the capsule and sit on the sofa as the airflow was better so it felt cooler.
The USB-C charging socket in the capsule did not work so I had to use a plug socket in the lounge area to charge my phone. WiFi was also very slow in the room but worked fine in the communal areas so I had to use my mobile data when in my capsule.
The card for the capsule only works for the electric and the fan, and you cannot lock your capsule with the card when you leave it. There is a cupboard with shelves for rucksacks but this means there is nowhere secure to leave personal belongings so I had to risk my belongings being stolen when I left the hostel for dinner.
It would be great if there was a key drop for check-out, especially as I decided to leave at 06:30 to escape the heat in the hostel.
Overall it was not a pleasant experience and this is still considering value for money. I have stayed in hostels that are a cheaper rate per night, and have had a better overall experience so I hope this hostel can find the necessary improvements.

Worst customer service ever
Kelly who works there is rude and disrespectful. There are plenty of other better places. I wouldn’t go there again if I was paid to.
