This hotel is in a very dirty area of the city. Litter and dog mess everywhere, be wary at nighttime.The hotel itself is not great, checked in with no info at all from the lady behind the desk and that was the last I saw of anyone. No room cleaning no towels changed no toilet roll nothing. The room was very dark no natural light. There was a window that looked out on to the stairwell but I had to keep the curtain closed as people would have been looking at you in bed. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for not checking out the properties they advertise especially as there is so many bad reviews

Abominable

Room on the second floor without elevator, 6 passwords for wi-fi and none working, tv also fails the most 'unseemly thing that despite my reminders through whattsapp I can not get the relative invoice of the stay in being and no one answers the phone.

Pleasant surprise

We were warned after reading the reviews, but it was a pleasant surprise. Simple but clean rooms, like the linen and the bathroom. The kitchen was completely empty, but we didn't intend to use it since in Palermo you can eat practically everywhere and at a good price. Apart from the moment of registration, we did not see any staff and having the keys we stayed in complete freedom. Very convenient location, close to the centre.

Not recommended

Dirty hotel. Uncomfortable bed. Kitchen without equipment or glasses or plates or pots and cutlery. Not even a carpet in the bathroom, the shower off the rail. Dirty fridge. Wardrobe that gave off a bad smell. The only positive thing the proximity to the university
