Here everything is magic

A magical place run by equally fabulous people.
Everything is taken care of in every detail, from the breakfasts, very abundant, to the spotless and "furnished" rooms of any need.... Here everything is fabulous, congratulations we will return as every year.

Be careful, they say it's a friendly establishment but that's not true!
In our case we booked
A suite and they offered us a double room communicating that the dog could not access any common area, obviously after the booking had been made

La sua recensione è inesatta. Lei aveva effettuato una prenotazione su booking.com e, gli animali che fra l' altro noi amiamo e rispettiamo ( abbiamo due cani ed un gatto che vivono nella casa accanto) sono accettati così come tutte le persone che possono soffrire di allergie da contatto con il pelo di cani e gatti oppure hanno semplicemente paura degli animali. La nostra struttura si è sempre contraddistinta per essere friendly nei confronti di tutti, animali compresi. Sul regolamento, prima della prenotazione c'è scritto di contattare la struttura se si viaggia con animali. Se l' avesse fatto le avrei detto qual'e' l' alloggio che ospita cani. A fronte di una prenotazione con richiesta di ospitare il vostro cane in una delle suite dove non si accolgono animali ho prontamente risposto proponendo l'alternativa che lei, ha liberamente rifiutato. Le faccio una domanda: se a casa sua ci fosse una persona che soffre per problemi di dermatite da contatto mi farebbe entrare con i miei due labrador ed il mio gatto? Prima di fare la leonessa da tastiera e giudicare con tanta leggerezza si guardi attorno e cerchi di capire che a questo mondo abbiamo bisogno di maggiore tolleranza e rispetto.

They canceled the room we had already booked

After booking a room months in advance, 5 weeks after we booked they canceled the room. The cancellation came with an email where they told us that the room was no longer available without explanations, without apologies and without a minimum of support for a reallocation. After contacting them and explaining that it was a great inconvenience for us because we had already purchased the bibs for a running race that was being held that weekend, they wrote to us that they had a plumbing problem (can't it be resolved 5 weeks beforehand?). Without even lending a hand in helping to find new accommodation in this we. Absurd. I can understand that problems may arise but at that point we should have a much kinder and more affable way of treating customers. If I cancel I will have a penalty. If the structure cancels, shouldn't it also have a penalty?

La sua recensione è inaccettabile perché ha scritto delle cose non vere. A fronte di un reale problema che ho avuto in struttura le ho tempestivamente scritto educatamente fornendole dei nominativi di strutture disponibili. La invito a porre maggiore attenzione quando scrive in merito a terze persone, è troppo facile così.

great location, great B&B and hosts

we booked 2 rooms/apartments in Terre die Bea. It was a little difficult to find, but after a quick phone call we managed to reach the location. A wonderful piece of land waits you and a very nicely decorated building with comfortable rooms. The bathrooms were good, only our shower couldn't be changed to a bearable temperature, so we had to use a downstairs bathroom. Even that we came with friends, we expected our own bathrooms. This was a big disappointment for us. Breakfast is simple, coffee is great (what else to expect in Italy :)). With checkout no rebate was offered for the bathroom inconvenience, even after having to call the owner of the B&B about this several times. The overall experience was good, location close to Valdobiadene is perfect for prosecco touring :)

Nella doccia dell'appartamento prenotato c'era il miscelatore rotto (riparato appena il tecnico e' stato disponibile), e' stato offerto l'uso del bagno benessere al piano terra con doccia/cromo e bagno turco e vasca idro e cromoterapia.

Charming B&B - home away from home

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this charming B&B in the heartland of the Veneto region. The B&B has comfortable rooms, a generous breakfast and very warm staff who graciously offered assistance to make our stay very special. The owner, Cristina, has thoughtfully decorated the B&B and you really feel like you are at home. The location is great for day trips to Asolo, Bassano, Conegliano,Maser, Montebelluna and Treviso. Take a drive along the Via del Prosecco or visit the local market located in different towns each day (Montebelluna on Wednesday's).
