4 stars is absurd!

I really don't understand the 4 stars. Absurd place, old and poorly maintained rooms. Dirty floors. Bathroom with a shower converted from a bathtub, everything very old. Location far from everything, at the beginning of the bike path. Pool with yellow edges and tiles, maintenance is missing. Private indoor parking €25 per night, but small!! Old closets that smell. Go elsewhere. The only positive thing is being near the sea.

Terrible experience

Absolute disappointment, it is not worth 4 stars, passed off as a good hotel but questionable art that serves to confuse, antique furniture repainted that smells of old 60s wood, good breakfast, lack of lunch and dinner at the hotel
Excessive garage payment
The staff dressed very badly in a hideous white painter's jumpsuit
Not recommended from all points of view

Disappointment

I have vacationed in Pesaro several times over the years, testing multiple hotel properties, and I must preface that this time we only stayed for two days and one night to break up a trip from northern to southern Italy, but from what we were able to notice, I give three points only for the location directly on the beach and the panorama enjoyed from the room balconies, an open, priceless view of the sea, and the varied breakfast; otherwise, two points would be what it deserves. The beautiful and unique works of art are distributed in such a way that, rather than seeming like a museum or an elegant hotel, it seems like a warehouse or storage facility; the entire structure in general is decidedly neglected and would need even just basic routine maintenance. The room was dark and old (not vintage!), the furniture ruined, as was the door to access it, which was truly embarrassing. The cleanliness in the room was decent, not particularly thorough in the common areas: the stairwell was dirty on both the walls and the linoleum floor, and the solarium area around the pool was totally degraded, with wooden planks that were by now decayed and dangerous in some spots. In short, I don't know how it can maintain four stars in these conditions, given the general neglect! What a shame! It would have incredible potential and I had high expectations, unfortunately disappointed. I will go back to staying at other hotels in Pesaro, definitely better ones!

Terrible parking management

3-day stay. The property offers parking possibilities in an external facility about 500 meters away. Cost 15 euros per day outdoors. They issue an A4 sheet to put on the dashboard. I find a 34 euro fine. I ask for info at the reception and they tell me I have to contact the traffic police. Okay, but I paid you for the parking. 45 euros to get a fine! And he even tells me that it has already happened. Excellent, thank you. We will definitely see each other again.
