Hezký hotel

Hezký hotel na okraji městečka Pinerolo s velice příjemnou obsluhou, na Itálii s až překvapivě bohatou snídaní. Pokoje jsou velké, s klimatizací, topením, krásnou a velkou koupelnou. Hned vedle hotelu se nacházi pizzerie a asi 2km od hotelu obchod.

Nightmare stay

We stayed at this hotel for one night. I start with the low-level general cleanliness; there were dark stains everywhere. The air conditioning was not working, so on a late May night, we reached 32 degrees in the room; to cool off, we opened the window, and an almost unbearable smell of fried food/spicy food came in. Terrible breakfast; the only two positive notes were the dinner and the appetizer offered after our complaints. We will not return.

Improved

Hotel with no lighting difficult to reach it. Bad breakfast and a few cases recycled with desserts from the previous party. Vintage room not too clean. Mediocre restaurant

Fine but with a questionable start

We stayed at this hotel two nights. I am a bit torn on the overall vote to cast because everything went well but with a rather particular start.
As soon as we arrive we are given a nice room, spacious and clean but as soon as we enter the bathroom we smell a very strong smoke, so we open the bedroom window to try to let the smell out by circulating air (the bathroom has only one nozzle) but the window can no longer close, so we were forced to go to reception to explain the problem.
We are proposed a change of room, we accept, the receptionist goes up before us in the new room, tells us that everything is ok and leaves us the keys, when we go up unfortunately we find a toilet with two grab bars at the sides, one of which is dirty and I let you imagine what, while we go out we are then forced to explain to the young lady the new problem encountered, in the most kind way possible, and she assures us that she will send the colleague to sanitize the room immediately.
Back in the evening unfortunately the room is exactly as we had found it before, we are forced to go down to the reception again, this time we find a gentleman who works the night shift, explained the problem he was concerned to find us another room. This time we are here! The room is clean and spacious, similar to the first one we were given and we finally enjoy the holiday.

They charged me two transactions without refunding me.

Their guest for one night, inexplicably charge me two transactions, one for the night and the other you do not understand for what 83.50 € (I was having dinner in another restaurant with 20 customers).
As soon as I realize this double transaction I send emails to these “gentlemen”.
Despite the apology received by email, the numerous reminders to close the expense report with the company requesting reimbursement, I am offered a voucher, kindly decline, I explain that I can not close the company expense report and would not even be correct and acceptable to the company. Obviously, as has happened before, I no longer receive any response.
Damn serious... I'm in the area a lot, I'll avoid, advise and advise to avoid this place.
In the meantime, I'll open a report to those who should.
