Excellent hotel with restaurant

I stayed two weeks in this lovely little hotel with half board service. The service staff is the owner made me feel at home. Excellent and plentiful dinner.

Family hotel with impeccable service

A short two-night wine stay in this more than pleasant hotel. Excellent welcome by the owners themselves, extremely kind and professional. The restaurant is fabulous, everything is homemade by Nonna, magical! The terrace is perfect and welcoming, nothing more was needed. The prices are more than reasonable. The service is worthy of a 5-star palace but better! Well done to the whole family!

Worth the price deserves a stay

We spent one night on our trip home back from vacation, but the place deserves a longer stay.
It's a family managed hotel, that welcomes guests with warm courtesy and professionalism.
Very simple rooms, but clean and well equipped.
Food is excellent, deserves eating there.
They also offer a pool, bikes, tennis ground, fitness zone.

biker friendly

small family run hotel very friendly and espesally biker friendly very helpfull and provided secure parking. good home cooked local dish food . handy for the autostrader English spoken but with help.Just a nice helpful place to be

Clearly not for me anymore

When you book for a small room because this is the last option, you can expect a small room. Here this was really that much small that we had to laugh so this went ridiculous. adults and 2 children in that small room with one limited wardrobe. I had to shave with my knees on the ground, the shower was actualy just above the toilet, not separation so that we had to evacuate all papers and towels from the "restrooms" to have a shower, and please keep your head down as you won't be able to stand in taht limited space. Clearly, I never had a shower in it. I took mine at the end of each day at the swimming pool outside... Pretty embarrasing as you can guess. Well this was summer time, vacations, so we didn't care too much about being a bit in a rough place. For the hotel, just average would be a correct rating. I'm deciding to put it "Horrible" because of the owner's behavior. Back home, I received a call from the owner so he was upset about some customers who had been reporting negative comments on Tripadvisor. One was pretty similar to several situations we had been facing like ants in the room up to the 3rd floor, comments being made on us because of our Italian not being "perfect", negative comments made on other customers,... So the owner was angry on me as he had expected me to have already reported and wanted me to cancel my rating... Really a shame behavior. So, not for me any more. Never again.
