Top location and perfect room

Top location: 3 minutes walk from the sea view and the historic center.
The room is on the ground floor in an old building with a lot of charm. It is spacious with a large bathroom, very comfortable bed. Coffee maker, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerator are available
Rosanna is adorable and gives you good advice.
Breakfast is served in a pastry bar right next door, simple but sufficient: coffee, croissant, juice and yogurt.

Absolutely splendid

Lovely hosts, lovely home. Easy going, great communicators and they took good care of us! Right in the centre of town, close to cafes and bars, the perfect location for slipping into that Italian lifestyle.
I would happily visit again and of course, highly recommend.

Fantastic rooms in a great location

The rooms were very clean and cozy and breakfast was very tasty. Located within walking distance to everything you could want and the host was lovely. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

Very pleasant B&B apartment

Not a typical B&B but rather a one bedroom apartment that is very pleasant and spacious with a full kitchen. We did not use the kitchen so cannot comment about appliances or equipment. It is well located a ten minute walk from the center of the historic area and bordering on a park. There are about 8 free parking spaces around the park but we had to use the free parking at the train station about 4 blocks away since those spaces were always occupied. Breakfast was not in the refrigerator as indicated on the website and other reviews but rather by voucher at a cafe across the park. It was a full breakfast to be ordered from 5-6 items on the menu and very good.

Apartments with breakfast

Unusual for a B&B is that the accommodation are two large apartments one on the first floor and one on the second floor. There is a large living/sitting room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and well fitted kitchen.
Also unusual for a B&B is that you take your breakfast in your own kitchen. The fridge is well stocked with juices, milk,butter, yoghurt,eggs, fruit, water, soft drinks and every morning at your convenience Rosanna brings fresh bread rolls, croissants and pastries. There is also a coffe machine. Each room has AC and excellent free wifi.
There are two balconies to sit on, one off the kitchen facing the quiet side street and on off the living room facing a pleasant tree and shrub filled piazza. There are a few small supermarkets within walking distance where you can buy a bottle of wine to enjoy on the balcony. A two minute walk to the railway station and a five minute walk to the old centre of Polignano make it an excellent choice. Parking is free and on street.
Rosanna speaks a little English but on arrival there was a young lady who spoke perfect English to explain everything.
If you want a bit more room than the usual B&B then Minerva is an excellent choice.
