Charming

Lovely place, cleanliness and kindness above all expectations, the apartment is equipped with everything and invites a lot to be exploited especially on hot summer evenings, the pool is cared for and organized at the top, the only advice I can give to the property is to check the hornets' nests because they were really many and annoying especially for children, also thanks to the very hot, they also do farm and I got to try their rosé wine, (which you find directly in the apartments), a good wine to drink very cold (although a little excessive in price...), I did not try the reds because very hot.
Too bad they don't have on-site catering or at least a barbecue even in common. Highly recommended for a holiday in Casentino

A fabulous location

We celebrated our wedding at the Antico Fio farm... It's just great.
The owners pampered us and followed us impeccably, they were able to advise us and find the best solutions even when conditions were not favorable, even exceeding our expectations. We stayed in the structure, where each apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts.
Availability, professionalism and family are the cornerstones of the structure, which was the backdrop to the most beautiful day of our lives.

Nice place but chaotic in the presence of a wedding

Nice swimming pool, well-kept apartments but with very thin walls and ceilings. You can hear every little noise, so it's not exactly the ideal situation for relaxing. Be careful when booking, especially if it is summer! We slept there on the night there was a wedding (which we hadn't been warned about, otherwise we would have canceled the booking) and at 1am we could still hear the karaoke blaring and people chatting very loudly outside from the room we wanted to sleep in. We had to call the front desk to have the music turned down. Obviously the chaos and shouting continued until late at night.

Dream wedding

La Dolce Vita, our perfect wedding took place here. Antico Fio has everything: 360 degree views of the Tuscan hills, the castle of Poppi and their own vineyard. Sara, her mother and the rest of their team have provided unforgettable days for my family and our guests. I am very grateful to them and also Tiziana (catering) and Nicola (flowers). Everything was right for our dream wedding! Lots of love, Mascha and Jorn

Awesome wedding location

Good local food, not too fancy. Great caterer available for events. Beautiful surroundings with views towards Poppi Castle. Unheated but fenced in swimming pool. Great little apartments, a bit dark though, stays cool in summer.
