Perfect accommodation!

It couldn't have been better!
Starting from the kindness of the owner and following with the beautiful view from the terrace.
It was unique to have breakfast while admiring the sea
The private parking lot was a perfect solution for our car and the room was clean and functional.

We were there a while ago: breathtaking view, great place. However it is really very far from the subway and the port of Pozzuoli, if you do not have your own car or a taxi it is really complicated to reach it on foot (furthermore it is located on top of the Solfatara hill, to which it is practically attached).

Our experience was unfortunately very disappointing. The room was old and needs to be renovated, while the bathroom was in a poorly maintained and definitely dilapidated condition.
The aspect that left us most dissatisfied, however, was the breakfast. We are used to staying in many B&Bs and always find a buffet with various options to choose from. Here, instead, we were asked what we wanted. Out of politeness, we simply asked for a hot coffee, a cappuccino, and two croissants, thinking it was a normal initial question.
When we realized that there was nothing else available, we were surprised, also because from the reviews we read, we expected a much more abundant and varied breakfast.
To our statement, the owner replied in a very rude way, making us feel almost at fault and reiterating that only coffee and a croissant had been communicated.
The situation became even more unpleasant when the owner scolded us because, upon our request for chocolate to put in the croissants, since we hadn't specified it, her son had to eat the extra chocolate croissant that was left over.
Honestly, it seemed like a completely inappropriate remark to us, and never, in many stays at B&Bs, have we ever had such a reproach directed at us.
Finally, we were also told that we made her change her plans for the day and that we could have left the money with the cleaning lady because she had to go out.
We found this attitude unprofessional and unwelcoming toward guests.
In our opinion, a misunderstanding was created because the reviews implied a different service than what we found.
Overall, between the condition of the room and the bathroom, the management of breakfast, and the way we were treated, the stay did not meet our expectations. I had never had an experience like this, and for this reason, we do not feel like recommending this property.

Safe and friendly B&B near Napoli

The House is antique style. There is free parking on front yard behind the iron gate. Breakfast is served at the appointed time on the balcony, it was nice. One minus comes from traffic noise. Hotel owner is nice and warm lady. She understands spoken english, but answers are in Italian.

Lovely villa

This a beautiful place to stay in Pozzuoli! Views are fantastic morning and night! The Senora does not speak English, but not a problem with Google translate! You pick when you would like breakfast and delicious homemade croissants and espresso are outside your door to enjoy on the balcony! I can't wait to return!

Disappointing

Having looked at photos and reviews we chose this for 3 nights last week. All the pics looked great, reviews were great too!
On arrival, we were led to a room that was most definitely not what we had booked. Not even close. No balcony, faulty air con, barking dog, broken toilet seat, bars on windows, storage that was full of someone elses belongings, pealing paint.
Arguing was fairly pointless, the owner didn't speak any English, and we don't speak Italian.
We were going to leave, but it was made clear we would be charged the no-show penalty (50%).
Breakfast was basic, nothing to write home about. This B&B is nothing like the photos - be warned!
It was very clear that the room we had booked had been double booked and we were the losers, getting a shabby spare room. I wouldn't stay here again, ever.
