To be improved

The facility could use a general overhaul.
Staff helpful and friendly. Parking available, although feeling if the hotel is full may not be available.
Room on the first floor, generous in size but with old furniture. Relatively comfortable bed. The bathroom could use a fix, too. Shower working but with curtain.
Breakfast ..... absolutely to be improved! Very little variety, no choice of salty, also presented maluccio. A single type of brioches, also burnt, presented in the pan where they were heated, complete with foil. Juices in half-empty briks. Everything else packed! Too bad, given the potentially touristic location, it could look much better.
Payment by credit card without problem (from what I saw they should also accept Amex).

Artistic weekend

I had a long weekend; the space is not modern but equipped with everything necessary, bar area, lounges, conference room. The breakfast is more than decent, savory and sweet; the cleanliness of the rooms more than satisfactory; friendly staff

Dilapidated and in a decaying state

It is very sad to note that a 3-star hotel in a strategic position next to the Incisa motorway exit is in a state of total abandonment!! Very basic rooms with uncomfortable mattresses, dilapidated and dangerous electrical system with sockets stuck with tape. It is absolutely unacceptable that from 10 pm to 7 am (approximately) the managers go away leaving the structure totally unattended. The only positive note is the kindness. The garage is a deposit of abandoned waste materials which are also dangerous for those who access it.
Finally, the site mentions minibars in the rooms where they are non-existent. Not recommended ⚠️

Terrible price/quality, very old structure

I don't usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately this property has no positive sides other than the staff who were very kind, we were forced to change rooms because the heaters didn't work and it was freezing in the room. The girl who served us kindly moved us.
However, the structure deserves first of all a renovation, as regards the very poor breakfast, everything could have been there if we had paid just over 50 euros but since the night cost us €90 we must point out that the quality/price ratio is really very poor

Rudeness, terrible food and structure left after the war. Not to mention the wine, unacceptable.

Structure that must be closed.
Inadequate staff, precarious hygiene.
Electrical systems not up to standard.
Old and poorly maintained hotel.
The food is terrible, including breakfast!
Personally I will never set foot again and I strongly advise against it.
Tomorrow morning I will report the structure to the hygiene office and the nas to verify the rules.
It sells itself as three stars but isn't even worth one.
