Speciální BB

Opravdu to byl úžasný zážitek, BB je blízko hlavní železnice, jen 10 minut chůze, kontaktní lidé byli přátelští a nápomocní s informacemi a my jsme příliš dlouho nečekali, až na někoho přijedeme. dobře vysvětleno v korespondenci s poštou. Pokoj byl čistý a velmi svěží (i bez zapnuté klimatizace). K dispozici je velká kuchyň používaná hosty jiného bytu, dobře zařízená a čistá. V okolí je spousta restaurací.

What a shame

Booked in February 2023 for June 2023 served by Booking paid for everything at the time of booking everything confirmed... a week before our arrival I canceled the booking I won't tell you how many madonnas there will be. Shameful

Family trip

We stay for 4 nights during january. We stay at the first floor, the apartment was fine and comfortable, our room and bathroom very clean. We find electric kettle, microwave and kitchenette. Free wifi inside the apartment. We will stay again.

Family vacation during Christmas

We stayed for 13 days with family, 3 kids. 10mins away from Termini Station (main station) and Vitorio station, 2km from Colleseo. Old place but safe because every day we're going home past 9 pm walking from either train station. We also left 2days, 5 am to catch the early train going to Florence and Venice. Lots of resto, cafe, bars and small stores within the area. 2 supermarket down the road if you want to buy small staff.
The room is clean and furnished (free towel). Every day they are cleaning the room (at least to the minimum). Room heater is both working. The bed is soft. Small kitchen. We were allowed to cook, with utensils, fridge and washing machine.
Cons: Hot water is not enough for a family of 5, the tank is good for 2 people only. Imagine with limited hot water during winter. WIFI is BAD, not working at all, we informed but to no avail. Good that we bought a local sim with data. No lift we were on the third floor.

Perfect for us

This was a great base for my husband and I and our 10 year old son for 4 nights. Yes, it was a little tricky to find but we just used google maps on the phone and it led us to the place. It was just over 10 minutes' walk from Termini station. We called the owners before we flew and they asked us to give them another call when we arrived at the property. We did so and were met there within just a few minutes.
Don't be put off by the area when you get there - yes, there is a lot of graffiti on the walls but other than that it is fine. We often walked back from the city centre to the apartment at night and never once felt unsafe. It is quite a vibrant area with shops and restaurants, well-lit and fairly easy to navigate once you get your bearings.
The room we had in the B&B was really nice - clean, welcoming and had a good bathroom with reliable shower. It was up on the second floor of the building but there was a small lift if you needed to use it. There was a kitchen with a fridge and kettle but you weren't allowed to use the cooker as this was for residents only. However, we ate out the whole time with the best meal we had being at the restaurant right across the road - the Mucca Bischera.
Breakfast is given in the form of vouchers for the Bee Bar just down the road. This was a modern, trendy bar serving food and drinks and your voucher got you a coffee and a choice of one of their delicious pastries/croissants.
I would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a bed for a few nights in Rome so long as you are OK with walking or prepared to get taxis. I don't know that it is on a bus route. The owners are friendly and welcoming and even left some sweets for our son in the room for Halloween - a nice touch! We would certainly stay here again.
