Personal not at all empathetic. We're not coming back.
Although my boyfriend's family had booked other rooms in the same hotel, we were categorically forbidden to stay even in the garden or on the communal terrace after 10:30. We were practically kicked out, forced to wait for hours in another place until the time of the ceremony, with no sympathy for the fact that we were there for an important event. An absurd policy, especially considering that other guests (my boyfriend's family members) were still residents.
We were also denied access to the pool after check-out, although we were still guests of the property through family booking. A total lack of common sense, considering that many hotels allow at least a few more hours to enjoy the services.
One of the most ridiculous things? 10€ fine if you leave the air conditioner on while you are out of the room. An excessive penalty, especially for those who, like me, just want to avoid returning to a sauna and turn off the air shortly after. More than a reasonable rule, it seems like a way to tap money.
The only decent thing was the rooms, quite nice and comfortable. Too bad the rest of the experience was so bad that it completely canceled out this aspect.
If you are looking for a hotel where you feel welcome and not treated like annoying intruders, avoid this place. Absurd rigidity, zero empathy and vexatious policies. We're never coming back.

Insulting and a huge disappointment!
Have been with family and friends ( 4 expensive rooms booked ).
Initially friendly, but when everything had to be paid for immediately...Seems true !
When we wanted to prepare something in the kitchen, we were immediately checked and looked down.
Check-out at 10.30am;
our son with girlfriend and brother-in-law, who only booked one night, were not allowed to stay a minute longer, nor to sit on the terrace with us, i.e. we then all went to a bar and when we prepared ourselves in the room for our daughter's university graduation, the others had to go to an outdoor swimming pool to change. My Italian husband also asked if we could book a room for a few hours, but the response from Francesca was snooty and arrogant!
It is also funny that the pool only
may be used from 10.30 am.
Those who check out can only sleep, sit around and wait in the morning...
The rooms are ok, but the bathroom is so small you can't move.
Seems true ...what started well became a huge disappointment ! Never again!!
