Try nice
Very comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Only 10 minute walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants around and a super market and bus line 5 minutes walk away. We walked to the Vatican, colosseum, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain with no problem from the hotel. We would definitely stay again

thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, although we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We would like to clarify that, regarding the air conditioning, as soon as the issue was reported, we promptly took action to resolve it and provided assistance whenever it was needed. The system was checked, restarted, and confirmed to be functioning properly. Furthermore, we offered you the option to change room, which you declined, informing us that everything was fine and that the air conditioning was working properly.
Regarding the rooms, all details about size and amenities are clearly stated on Booking.com. In your case, although you had booked a Classic room, we provided a complimentary upgrade to a Superior room.
For what concerns the hot water, no issue was reported during your stay. Had we been informed, we would have checked and resolved the issue if there had been any.
As for the towels, we would like to clarify that each of our rooms are equipped with multiple towels, which are replaced daily by our housekeeping staff.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in Rome for a more enjoyable experience.

Disgusted
I stayed 3 nights at this 4 star hotel at a high price and am extremely disappointed with the experience.
• Upon arrival, the room gave off a persistent unpleasant smell.
• The first night went well, but the next day, a leak appeared on the ceiling, which already showed signs of mold.
• A technician intervened to repair the leak, but the next 2 nights went without air conditioning (outdoor temperature 30 degrees) in a room with a strong smell of unbearable humidity.
• Impossible to ventilate properly: the window, tiny and misplaced (on an emergency staircase), did not bring any renewal of air. We even had to leave the room door open on the hotel corridor, which is unacceptable for an establishment of this standing. My spouse was soaking wet and the Welcoming Person saw us like this without doing anything special: “sorry” we were told...
• I reported the problem 3 times at reception: no real solution, just a given deodorant spray... and no compensation offered.
For a 4-star hotel and at this rate, it is aberrant. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I leave with bitter taste
Coffee water and tea offered in the room.

Nice and clean hotel
Although my holiday had started badly because of a taxi booked via Booking that did not pick us up at the airport and left us struggling in the middle of the night , we quickly forgot about this thanks to the receptionist. She was welcoming smiling and very nice. The hotel was generally good and its location was very good....

Great option outside the main tourist areas
The hotel is not very close to the main tourist attractions, but it’s within walking distance. It is, however, very close to excellent cafeterias. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was large and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, making for a great stay. I stayed for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience overall.
