We stayed for several nights and loved the proximity to the metro station. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast situation was very convenient and tasty. Note: there’s only one outlet in the room, and it’s a ground floor room so there is noise from the street. This doesn’t disturb too much but just to be aware. Communication with the host was very easy, and we were so grateful they stayed up late to let us in! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The property is very convenient to Vatican. Aside from that it, nothing else is good. The room we had was so poor in quality. No bed side tables, the bidet is not working, the bed is falling apart, the cups in the room were dirty - lots of small things. Also, the breakfast included is a voucher to a restaurant nearby and only good for 1 coffee and a pastry. All in all, not worth the money!

To improve

Excellent location near the Ottaviano metro and convenient restaurants for dinner, but:
- terrible mattress, completely broken, too soft and old, it felt like sleeping in a ditch
- absence of hangers for men's suits where you can store your jacket and trousers
- presence of SOLE 2 power sockets throughout the room, both located in inconvenient places
- for breakfast the structure relies on a bar next door managed by people who don't have the slightest attention towards the customer
- terrible heat in the room, there was an air conditioner in the room but there was no remote control to turn it on.

Book early, before this lovely, small guest house fills up

Great to return to the comfortable accommodations with Linda's wonderful hospitality. A number one choice for return visits, with good sized rooms and bath with AC as well as little touches like chilled water bottles for guests. Best is the opportunity to experience real Rome, since Ottaviano marks the edge of the Vatican tourist area. Just a short walk and you find local restaurants and cafes that are favorites with the locals, as well as shops and gelataria. With breakfast coupons for a local cafe, you can share the morning with Romans as they start their day: workers, carbianari, families and business people. A small place, so book early to make sure you can get a room.
