Enter via the Restaurant

Odd that there are no signs but the restaurant and bar cannot be missed.
Go through the restaurant to get to the lift to reception
It sounds odd but it is fine.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very big and clean and comfortable.
A strong powerful shower in a clean well presented bathroom.
Our room (201) had a view over the main road which was nice. The noise was minimal.
The breakfast could have been a bit better but overall we really loved this hotel.
Just hope that the Metro station is open if we come back. It’s under repair/upgrade right now (sept 19) but would have saved a lot of walking and been great to have been able to hop on and off the Metro so close to the hotel.
We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was incredible and very reasonable

No Air Conditioner, Was Ignored All Around By Management

This hotel room truly ended our Italy trip on a crappy note. We arrived around 5pm and the room was hot and the AC wasn't working. Islam at the front desk (really sweet, and he tried his best for an hour) said he'd call someone to fix it when we were out to dinner. But when we got back at 9pm, he said no one could come until the next day after we left.
No other rooms were available and at this point, it was too late to get another hotel. We didn't want to open the windows fully while the lights were on incase flies or mosquitos flew in, so we were stuck packing in the heat until we went to sleep, and when we did open the windows, we were already sweating and slept horribly.
On top of that, the bathroom was a mess...the sink light was broken, the shower doors wouldn't shut fully so water kept going out, and the shower heads pressure ranged from so light you could barely rinse to so rough it'd blow the hair off your body.
Maybe it was just this room, but what made everything worse was management. We paid $277, and all we wanted was some sort of compensation for all these issues. I emailed the email address the front desk gave three times, DMed twice through Expedia, and had Expedia reach out three times over a week. They never responded to me, and Expedia said whomever they spoke to kept saying to try back the next day. So basically, we were ignored or got the runaround.
At least have the decency/respect to get back to your customers and do right by them, guys. Do better

Brilliant location, a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Taxi rank 1 minute walk away. Lovely restaurants nearby.
We arrived early, around 12.30 and were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our initial quadruple room was lovely. Lots of room. Great storage. View overlooking courtyard.
The big negative, which really affected our stay (during a heat wave) was that the air con never worked properly. It didn’t cool the room. We told Reception and asked for help many times. They checked, pressed some buttons on their computer and every time said it was working. Our first night was too hot.
Their solution was for us to move rooms. So we packed all our belongings and moved (not ideal). Our new room was smaller and not as nice, but we thought it would be worth it for working air con. However, the same problem. We continued to mention it. They said someone came to clean the filters and it was now working. It definitely wasn’t. Every time we mentioned it, they pressed some buttons and said it was working. Eventually they gave us an electric fan which helped a lot. But the air con never worked.
Upon checking out they gave us vouchers for a free breakfast across the road. Nice gesture and they were friendly throughout, but we’d have preferred working air con!! This truly affected our stay.

The only good thing was location! Given room #416, had to change room because lights didn't work, either did the phone, hair dryer, only had hand towels & no safe deposit box which was something they said the room had. Could only move the next day to room #406. After unpacking again, the toilet malfunctioned with no water coming out. Had to move again to room #410 (a smaller room) At least things worked, but again only hand towels, no bath towels. Front desk not helpful, it was like "this is the way it is". Wasted a lot of time of our vacation with this back & forth. Absolutely Stay Away

This was a great hotel right in Piazza Barbini, perfect location. Piazza Barbini is safe and clean square with tons of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to trevi fountain in about 10min, then to Pantheon 15min so everything was super easy to get to from this hotel. Metro station is directly in front of the hotel which made longer trips to Vatican etc easier.
The hotel is attached to a beautiful church and the Cappucin Crypt which were both wonderful, highly recommend!
Room was very clean, bed was comfortable.
The only downfall was the guy at front desk everyday had a serious attitude which was annoying. He was VERY serious about check-in being exactly at 3pm or later. Made everyone wait till exactly 3:01 which was comical but we met some really nice people waiting! The guy who works the nights and the house keeping ladies were super sweet.
They held our luggage for free while we explored around, we took the red eye and arrived early at 9am. No charge for luggage storage. I would definitely stay here again! Great hotel and great location!
