Davvero contenta
Eccellente. Ambiente davvero carino, pulito e accogliente. Servizi molto efficaci. Zona tranquilla. Purtroppo sono stata solo pochi giorni ma spero vivamente di tornare al più presto. Grazie per la meravigliosa accoglienza

Nice place, though hotel owner's rudeness after our stay is disgusting
I stayed there for 2 days. The place is nice and worth the money. Though hotel owner disrespects its guests and their rights. I wrote feedback on booking.com and gave 8.8 grade.
Pros:
The apartment was clean, comfortable and allowed to cook and eat dinner at a balcony. Good value for money. There were umbrellas at out disposal which we appreciated during our stay.
Cons:
Little far from subway. Didn't like the fact that the owner charged credit card for the first night without asking me first. It's explicitly written that i pay when i stay, i preferred to pay in cash but was given no option of doing so.
I've just wanted to share a little unpleasant experience from a response the host has left in response for my feedback.
This is the response from the host
"Dear Guest, we will ask to make a subway in your room directly (six minutes does not many and the map shows the distance), several times i and Booking we tried to contact you, then, in accordance with the contract, the money has been taken of the first day and we could do it seven days before. I remind you that you have arrived at 7 hours late. Sincerely Carlo"
The unpleasant thing is that what host wrote is totally untrue, he's not open for feedback which allows him to improve and make us feel good during and after our stay.
Firstly, going by foot from the property to the subway takes 15 minutes and more if you have luggage (it's even written in the description of the property). So what hosts says is completely not true (6 minutes). His manner of speaking: "we will ask to make a subway in your room directly" shows total disrespect to what i as guest have to say.
Secondly, it's written in the description that i "pay when i stay" and "no prepayment needed", completely contrary to what the host said "in accordance with the contract, the money has been taken of the first day and we could do it seven days before"
Thirdly, his remarks about my late arrival (7 hours late) is totally untrue. It's written in description that check-in hours are 12:30-18:00. I have arrived at around 19:00 after telling the host that i'm coming from Florence. I'm the guest and need to feel comfortable and welcome. The fact that i'm not reachable by phone is because i'm a tourist in Italy whose phone doesn't work in Italy and it's not my duty as guest. My duty is to pay for the stay and get the best booking.com experience in return, which is spoiled by such a rude response, while my grades were really high - 8.8. What is more disappointing is that booking.com gives my credit card to such host which does with it what he wants, disregarding booking.com rules (pay when u stay and no prepayment) and disrespecting the guests with such responses...

il voto è dato rispetto alle aspettative
Cominciando dal parcheggio che sul profilo è dichiarato disponibile ma di fatto non c'è e bisogna arrangiarsi. Poi per la fattura, purtroppo come al solito con certe strutture, non c'è stato verso di averla ma solo ricevuta così che ci ho rimesso i soldi che avrei potuto detrarre dell'IVA. Persone che passano oltre 100 notti in albergo all'anno per lavoro sono soldi ....
Poi diciamo che nell'atrio un po' di odore di fumo non è piacevole. Per il resto camera molto spaziosa anche se con arredi discutibili e troppe cianfrusaglie che personalmente non piacciono, forse altri clienti hanno gusti diversi dai miei.
Colazione non disponibile (dal profilo si capiva diversamente) e ti devi arrangiare te con bollitore e qualche biscotto e merendina.
Purtroppo non avendo trovato nulla in zona per lavoro ho dovuto adattarmi ...

Per me è sì!
12 ore (purtroppo) a dir poco piacevolissime! Camera deliziosa, accogliente e pulita. L’idea della colazione in camera intelligente, comoda e garante di grande riservatezza. Wi-fi potente nonostante una scaricata di grandine. Per non parlare di Carlo, persona disponibile, gentile e molto discreta. Zona tranquilla. Insomma, non manca nulla per un soggiorno gradevole e senza brutti scherzi, e lo dice una poco dolce di sale! Ci tornerò. :)

Senza infamia e senza lode.
Sono stato con diversi amici, titolare molto gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia l'ubicazione, sebbene in 10 minuti raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione della metro Garbatella, lascia a desiderare. Il quartiere circostante ha solo un supermercato (comodissimo) e pochissimi esercizi commerciali/locali dove poter mangiare. Pulizia e silenziosità notturna contraddistinguono le stanze, discretamente fornito il frigo per la colazione.
