The best AC of our entire trip
We really appreciated the convenience of this hotel’s location! It was very close to the train station, without actually feeling like we were staying right next to a busy station. Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked extremely well, which was especially appreciated during the summer heat in Rome.
The property has a bit of a shared, community-style feel—for example, items like the iron are shared among guests and need to be returned after use. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s helpful to know going in. We also really appreciated the added security measures throughout the property, including the multiple access codes, which made us feel very safe during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring Rome!

great service
the front desk here are so kind and helpful, alessandra went out of her way to help me with my bags after her shift ended and when the elevator broke, and julia was so kind when i needed an extra towel. they made my first solo female traveling experience much less stressful, the only thing i would suggest is maybe not displaying the customers name on the door. it would also help to have a video showing how to get up to the rooms since the front desk leaves around 1 pm. but it is a beautiful area, quiet and pleasant. whatsapp chat is always available if you have questions

Great stay in Rome!
The service and accommodation were fantastic. Cristina was especially helpful and made our stay even better. She was resourceful and basically helped us plan our activities. The room was great, amazing A/C and the beds were very comfortable. It was easy to get to and had a lot of travel options surrounding. The hotel was very clean and modern. We would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Rome.

This facility is called a 4 star hotel in several differrent applications which is not correct. It is just set of apartments with partially available reception. With this nature of the business, amenities are very limited, everything you ask is charged as extra.
