Concert Coldplay
Clean and spacious room, bathroom also clean.
Access via calls and codes, practical. We had a small problem with access on the second day but immediately resolved by the landlord.
Slightly noisy from the top floor.
Very convenient, a few steps from the Olympic stadium.
Practical also to go to Piazza del Popolo, bus stop near the B&B

Terrible.
Starting from the fact that before booking, I was told by phone that it was easy to find parking in the area even with the presence of white stripes.
Strangely enough, once everything was paid and arrived, not finding correspondence in reality I phoned to ask about it, and I was told that the white stripes are always busy.
As for the room, beyond the fact that we did not even find as a courtesy after a trip a bottle of water, we had further unpleasant situations.
Among them the lack of a stained glass window for the shower, so the water practically flooded the bathroom and part of the room.
The double bed has two single beds joined which move continuously so that we fall in the middle.
Also the room was not properly cleaned, having found dust on the ground as well as on the furniture, and a stain on the mattress.
But the most disconcerting thing was that we were suddenly cut off at 6:56 pm, when instead the scheduled time for check out was 7 pm (obviously paying the late check out) so as to force us practically to immediately leave the room in a not very kind way.
After pointing it out we agreed to turn it on just another half hour to arrange the last luggage, but again it was disconnected after just 15 minutes so that we had to tidy up with the phone flashlights being locked even the shutters.
An experience that I absolutely do not recommend, both for the conditions of the room and the way in which you have placed yourself towards us.
