Terrible value for money
Terrible. 2 cockroaches in the room. Windowless bathroom without a bidet.

Hotel Unhappy
Something terrible. Choosing this hotel ruined my weekend interior. Dirty and no bidet! Pillows smell like someone else's head sweat, stained duvet, dirt is everywhere. Breakfast (paid) consists of a basket with a few supermarket croissants, two jams and rusks. No choice (I am celiac) . They leave you the pods and coffee you have to go and get it on going out on the terrace because there is the machine (spoiler: it rains).
Ah, you can also hear the whispers of people staying in the next rooms.

Happy hotel in Rome
When we arrived, we were told that we had been upgraded, we arrived on a street with restaurants, we were placed in an apartment room (a noisy street with restaurants), poorly soundproofed, we could hear all the street noise, mold (see attached photos), breakfast brought in a basket for the 3 days that we had to request the next morning after our arrival... Chairs and tables were dragged by the restaurant staff at midnight and around 6 AM we heard the noise of suitcases on the cobblestones in the street. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired with all the graffiti, among other things, it does not reflect the beautiful image of Rome.

VERY BAD FELICE
ENGLISH VERSION
Hotel or place where the staff—or at least some of them—are completely unprofessional. We left our key card inside the room and called the reception hundreds of times. We also called the emergency number, and nothing, nobody answered. So, we waited all night long until 7 AM, only for someone to come and mock us, saying it was our fault for forgetting the card in the room and that we should have just booked another hotel for the night. Except my wife was in her socks, and all our belongings and money were trapped inside the room with that key card. We filed a complaint for this night spent in the lobby, and when we told the management via email that the card was inside and that it was unacceptable for no one to answer the emergency number, they literally replied: "Hahahahaha". Add to that a major lack of professionalism and a deplorable state of the bathroom (puddles of urine, random stains here and there). When we checked out, they didn't even ask if our stay went well, because we know and they know... SO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE SH*T OR EVEN MOCKED, OR IF YOU LOVE DIRTY BATHROOMS ETC... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOTEL FELICE IN ROME.

We then waited all night until 7 in the morning when someone arrived to mock us, saying it was our fault for forgetting the key card in the room and that we should have booked another hotel for the night. It's a pity that my wife was in socks and that all our personal belongings and money were locked in the room along with the key card. We filed a complaint about this night spent in the reception hall, and via email to management, when we told them that the key card was inside and that it is not normal for no one to answer the emergency number, they responded: "Hahahahaha". I add to all this a tremendous lack of professionalism and also a deplorable state of the bathroom (puddles of urine, stains of all kinds here and there in the bathroom). When we left, they didn't even ask us if our stay had gone well, because we know and they know... SO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE OR EVEN RIDICULED, OR IF YOU LIKE DIRTY BATHROOMS ETC... A FUÏRE!!
The hotel looked very nice in the photos, too bad we didn't stay there!
As soon as we arrived, we were accompanied to a building on another street for wacky reasons of "children's noises". We slept in a room probably "good" where insulation was non-existent.
Apart from the mould, the humidity that reeked of all our clothes, cockroaches and dog "breakfast", what disappointed me most was the exchange with the employees/manager.
We had no compensation despite the deplorable conditions of our room. And when I wanted to pay the tourist tax (which is overpriced considering the poor quality of the hotel), they refused me because they wanted exclusively cash. When asked for their RIB, because with all the vagaries of this stay we forgot to come back to the Welcoming of the "real hotel", they insulted us. Very professional.
I tried to contact Booking for help, but they can't reach the hotel either, despite multiple reminders.
So I advise you to save your time, money and health, and stay away from the Felice Hotel!
