Great value for money

The hotel is well located, close to Roma Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele II Square, where you can take the metro to anywhere in the city. On foot we went to the Basilica of Saint Clement and the Coliseum. The bed is big and comfortable and the room is spacious and everything is very clean. The service is very good.

This hotel was nothing like the pictures and we had to find other accommodations within minutes of checking in. I would not recommend under any circumstances.

Decent, but noisy

We were here for only one night. There was a lot to like about this hotel. It is located in a cool building. The room was clean, the bathroom was a good size with soap and shampoo. The bed was very comfortable, the lighting was the best we've seen in a hotel room in many years, there were enough outlets for charging phones, the air-conditioner worked well and was quiet. The neighborhood has a number of interesting restaurants, and has a cool international vibe. The person who checked us in was pleasant and explained everything about the room. The only drawback was that the walls don't seem to be soundproofed. The people in the room next to us had their TV volume up very high and there was a lot of loud talking. It sounded like a big party. There is no one at reception after 10:30, so no one to contact for assistance. We turned on our TV and watched a movie to drown out the sound. Fortunately they quieted down at midnight and we could turn off our TV and go to sleep.

Don't recommend

Poorly maintained hotel and service not up to scratch - could easily improve if they could be bothered.
The toilet water constantly ran making a very irritating dripping sound which echoed around the really hot room (the hotel has every radiator in the place full blast at all times) - after a terrible nights sleep we asked to move rooms, unfortunately the new room had exactly the same problem alongside no curtains!
When we emailed to complain during our stay, we were told we didn't know how to use the toilet properly(??), but the receptionist confirmed to us that all of the toilets in the hotel have the same fault.
They had no excuse for the lack of curtains (we ended up having to hang a sheet over the window), and they didn't respond to our complaint or hotels.com - no compensation offered. Not impressed at all!

Lovely honeymoon ❤️

Hotel very well located close to tourist attractions, close to the train and bus station, large room, very clean and bathroom and room with heating. We met Mr. Moscatel Lo, very polite and helpful. It is a hotel right in the center, we were a little afraid through the gate but it is very safe and quiet, I loved the experience and recommend it
