Clean, very good location, very nice staff. Aircon was so so, especially during 38+ it was felt a bit, breakfast ok but bit boring, no vegetables, there was a couple that brought their own tomatoes…

A train brought me to safety.

Rome is definitely among the most beautiful cities in the world, and I love spending weekends there. This time, however, I was just passing through, and I needed a place to spend Sunday night while waiting to catch the train the next morning. I will start with the positive aspects: the proximity to Termini Station. The facility is really just 50 meters from the entrance of the train terminal. There were no issues with check-in, despite the late hour; after all, I had made sure to inform the hotel several times by phone about my arrival around midnight. Unfortunately, the list of pros ends miserably here. The rest was a nightmare. I had booked a single room for about €100, so I did not expect much. But certainly, I did not deserve to stay in the staff room. Of course, those who work in hospitality will always have my esteem and respect, but the dignity of the customer must still be respected. The small room assigned to me faced DIRECTLY onto the small breakfast room: something between absurd and embarrassing. The small thin wooden door, of course, could never have shielded the room, and so I had the honor of having breakfast with all the hotel guests. But, unfortunately, much worse had happened during the night: I simply found myself in the water. The bidet's drain was not working, and the water simply flooded the bathroom and part of the room. Some of my clothes got wet. At 2 in the morning, I contacted the night porter, who, upon arriving in the room, could do nothing but assess the situation, and nothing more. And so I fell asleep in a semi-flooded room. After the hotel guests "unintentionally invited" me to breakfast, I crossed the threshold and joined them. Just enough time to enjoy a rather unappetizing brioche and a piece of tart, then I decided to finish breakfast with a coffee and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, when I returned from the machine to my little table, I found it cleared of the saucer and cutlery, and already occupied by two other guests. I tried to ask the waiter for an explanation, who simply invited me to take another table. The disbelief was great, but fortunately I had a train waiting for me not far away. I managed to wash my teeth and face (fortunately the sink's drain was different from that of the bidet), I put the pajamas back in the suitcase and fled. I have never been so happy to check out. At the time of paying the tourist tax, I took advantage of the presence of what I believe was the owner of the establishment to inform her of the "small" inconvenience with the bathroom (I limited myself, out of pity, to just that). She had already been informed by the night porter. Unfortunately, a sudden phone call did not allow her to apologize properly. Fortunately, I had a train waiting for me. I have elaborated on this story, but the experience was truly traumatic, even though it was very brief. I sincerely hope that the other rooms are normal (I saw that the keys, unlike mine, were magnetic), but in case you need a single room, only accept it following a good offer: personally, I would not agree to relive this stay even if they offered me 50 euros. I find it hard to believe that I had to pay for that "room."

Avoid, horrible!

Accommodation conditions are well below the standards expected for a business trip:
- extremely small room, of about 5 m2 at most, unsuitable for a working stay  
- bed of about 70 cm allocated under the pretext of a “single” reservation, which is misleading and unacceptable in terms of comfort  
- bedroom door defective, visibly forced and unstable, moving during the night, which poses a real security problem  
- very inadequate overall cleanliness: heavy dust, bedding and pillows in a state of hygiene worrying  
- ageing, poorly maintained establishment  
Concerning services:
- very poor quality breakfast, with almost no offer  
- unacceptable hygienic conditions, including pastries placed in cartons on a staircase  
Finally, the immediate surroundings of the hotel are particularly noisy and dangerous. The neighborhood did not seem safe to me, with the visible presence of drug addicts around the area, which is very worrying, especially for a single woman on a business trip.

Awful customer service

Don’t do it! I reserved a room for 5 days. After reading many reviews about people arriving and having non-working A/C, I needed to confirm that our room would have a working A/C unit as we would be traveling with people (with medical issues) & medications that could not withstand certain temps. I sent 2 emails with no response and then tried to call the hotel. A woman answered & said “this is not for confirmations, lady”, I explained what I was trying to verify & was hung up on. Tried to call back more than 15 times throughout the day & was hung up on every time.

overall good experience older hotel but updated in some areas Breakfast was very good . Good value for money!
