I loved almost except room service, they were very rude, but the rest of the staff was great, pool awesome, roof ristorante and bar great, main lobby thumbs up. Breakfast phenomenal. Surrounding area incredible. But dont go in July and August unless your young and can with stand 100° degree weather

Great location literally just down the road from the Collesium. Rooms were great, location again great. nice roof top bar to enjoy in the evening. Good breakfast 15 euros per person. The only comment I have is the roof top pool I caught a sinus infection from - the life guard was testing water quality when I was in and with many pool too many kids, sweaty adults etc who don't know to shower off before entering the pool.

Good hotel, but service could be improved.

Well-located hotel.
Very beautiful view from the corner room on the 7th floor.
Clean room, small but functional.
Sluggish air conditioning.
Bathroom lacks ventilation and a towel warmer.
No air conditioning in the hallway on the 7th floor, stifling while waiting for the elevator.
Breakfast is decent, nothing more.
All the front desk staff are friendly and efficient.
However, the staff at the 8th-floor bar is not up to par; after 15 minutes of waiting to have a drink, we gave up.
Lunch, the waitresses are a bit inefficient.

Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez apprécié notre emplacement, la très belle vue depuis votre chambre au 7ème étage, ainsi que la propreté et le caractère fonctionnel de celle-ci. Nous sommes également ravis que vous ayez trouvé notre équipe de réception sympathique et efficace ; nous ne manquerons pas de lui transmettre vos compliments.
Nous regrettons en revanche les différents désagréments rencontrés, notamment concernant la climatisation de votre chambre et la température dans le couloir du 7ème étage. Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant l’aération de la salle de bain et l’absence de sèche-serviettes.
Enfin, nous sommes particulièrement désolés de votre expérience au rooftop. Attendre quinze minutes sans être servi et finalement devoir renoncer à prendre un verre ne correspond évidemment pas au niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir. Vos commentaires concernant également le service du déjeuner seront transmis aux équipes concernées afin que nous puissions améliorer notre attention et notre réactivité.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in a great central location rooms are on the small side but very comfortable pool on the roof which is great to cool down in and bar on roof also staff very friendly and knowledgeable of local area

Very nice hotel. Good size rooms Loved the rooftop pool. Great views of the colosseum Nice helpful staff
